It consists of the 4-bedroom Casa Verde Residence and the 2-bedroom Grand Suite, while the upper floor includes the 1-bedroom Executive Suite and the 1-bedroom Deluxe Suite. Three lovely outdoor heated Jacuzzis and a private courtyard are offered. A few cafes, a bakery and a supermarket can be found in short walking distance. A car is needed to explore Crete.

Discover the charm of Casa Verde, a recently fully-renovated and inviting villa in a central location of the picturesque town of Chania.

On the ground floor of the main building, you can find the delightful 4-bedroom Casa Verde Residence, equipped with all modern comforts and complemented by an outdoor heated Jacuzzi. Adjacent to it, in a neighboring building, is the 2-bedroom Grand Suite, featuring its own inviting Jacuzzi. Explore the upper floor of the main building and you will discover the 1-bedroom Executive Suite, an exclusive retreat with its own heated Jacuzzi, and the cozy 1-bedroom Deluxe Suite next to it.

The cozy 4-bedroom Residence offers a lovely open plan area with a cozy living room area and a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. Four elegant bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered as well as two bathrooms with a shower. A private courtyard with an outdoor jacuzzi is provided as well.

The elegant 2-bedroom Grand Suite offers a courtyard with an outdoor heated jacuzzi. An open plan area with a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table and two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, in addition to two shower bathrooms are provided.

On top floor, the luxury 1-bedroom Executive Suite features a nice open plan living room area with a smart TV, a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining table and a spacious veranda with a private outdoor jacuzzi. One bedroom with a queen size bed and a shower bathroom are available.

The 1-bedroom Deluxe Suite has an elegant open plan area with a living room with a smart TV, a sofa bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a dining table and a balcony with city views. One bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite shower bathroom is also provided.

A supermarket, a few local cafes, the municipal garden and a few restaurants can be found in very short walking distance.
