About this property

Enjoy easy access from this perfectly located home base close to everything. The beach is steps away and plenty of activities close by. Unit has been recently renovated and clean. Overlooks the pool on one side and the beach on the other. Unit has a full kitchen, one full size bed, two junior bunks, and a full size sofa bed.

Community has two sparkling pools with outdoor showers, grills and picnic areas.

Nana's Place - Located at the corner of 61st Street and the Seawall.

Pools and Bunk beds

Our little girls loved the pools and the bunk beds, they didn't want to leave. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing experience

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. Unit was very clean and fit myself my husband and our 4 children perfectly. There was even enough room to put our infants play pen in the living room. Very easy access to the beach. We were surprised to learn there were beach towels chairs an umbrella and even a wagon to bring to the beach as we had brought our own. Host was very friendly and easy to contact. Overall "nanas place" definitely felt like staying over at a relatives and far more comfortable for our family than a hotel stay.

Wonderful!!

Very cute clean condo, has everything you need for your stay. Awesome to sit on the deck and enjoy a cold drink. Beach is a short walk across the street, great location. We appreciated the attention to detail, the coffee was an amazing touch, thank you! Would definitely recommend. Communication with Nicholas was very easy. Thank you again!!
