Villa Julie, located near Ermioni, a picturesque town of the Peloponnese, can accommodate a max of 15 persons in 7 bedrooms. The villa offers 220 square meters, 3 level accommodation, is completely safe for children, fully equipped and furnished, which can be separated into two apartments if you wish. The sea-view (southeast view) villa offers 7 bedrooms (two of them have bunker beds and three are air-conditioned), 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, WC, wide spaced terraces, vegetable garden, porches, a 27 square meter swimming pool, a BBQ grill next to the pool with all BBQ equipment, a 300 square meter garden, wireless internet and a V set in the main lounge. The closest house is located 150 meters away. Dogs are welcome.

The beach of Petrothalassa is 500 meters away and you may enjoy a classy all day beach bar - café GODAI with umbrellas etc. We also supply beach umbrellas and seats for free.

Villa Julie is just 7 kilometres away from the picturesque town of Ermioni and 10 kilometres away from Porto -Heli-Costa. During your stay you can visit the cosmopolitan islands of Spetses (20 minutes away), Hydra (50 minutes away), the ancient town of Epidaurus (50 minutes by car), the historical city of Nafplion (1 hour by car). You may also visit Athens and return on the same day (just 2 hours and 15 minutes away).

Official license from GNTO (ΜΗΤΕ 1245Κ92000345501). Upon arrival, an additional Sustainability TAX is paid by the guests which is 10 EUROS/NIGHT of stay (Law 5072/2023).

Wonderful Stay

We had a large group and this property was perfect! There is 3 floors so there is plenty of room for everyone. The place was clean and has everything you could need. The beach is close by a short walk or you can drive right down. Ermioni was a beautiful place to visit and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing trip! Thank you to our hosts for being wonderful as well!

Beautiful House for groups close to the beach offered by the probabely nicest Greeks on Peloponnese

Dear Julie, dear Dionysis, thanks once again for your great hospitality! We enjoyed our time at your wonderful house a lot. Everything was clean, there was enough space and Equipment for everyone in our group of 13. Both kitchens were perfectly fitted, and we enjoyed the pool so much. The house is well located for trips to climbing areas. Before our trip to Ermioni we were very glad and grateful for your reliable support and the nice contact. Très belle maison spacieuse et confortable.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Julie et Dyonisis qui nous avaient fait un premier plein de courses car nous arrivions tard de l’aéroport. Ils ont pris de nos nouvelles régulièrement. L’arrivée de nuit sur la maison toute éclairée est splendide. Elle est bien isolée des voisins. Elle est très bien équipée et suffisamment grande pour avoir chacun son espace. Nous étions 15adultes . Quasiment chaque chambre a accès à une terrasse avec vue sur la mer. La piscine est suffisamment grande et est entretenue tous les jours. Nous pouvons aller à la plage à pied. Le village d’Ermioni est très agréable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour faire les courses dont une excellente boucherie. Nous avons fais beaucoup de masque et tuba, une excursion en bateau vers l’ile d’Hydra, et nous avons pu visiter Epidaure et Nauplie. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Excellent, comfortable place to relax!

Villa Julie is an excellent place to relax and spend time with family/friends. My family and I (14 people) booked this place for 3 days and enjoyed every single moment being there. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners are great and communication was perfect. Any question we had was answered immediately. The kids enjoyed the pool so much! The area is excellent as well, as it is right in between Ermioni, Porto Cheli and Kranidi. You are basically 15 mins drive from all these places. We got to see all these places. The beach close by is great (very clean), but an even better beach is just 10-15 drive (Kounoupi beach). It will amaze you! I definitely recommend this place. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

Home away from home

Villa Julie was the perfect spot for our family to gather and celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Close to the beach, quiet enough to enjoy peaceful times and close enough to enjoy the evening life of Porto Cheli and Ermioni. We comfortably fitted in 15 guests. The two kitchens also helped with the large group we were. The house is well kitted with all we needed for our stay

Vacation at Villa Julie

At the end of August 2017 we were, a family of 16 persons, a wonderful week at Villa Julie. The villa is equipped with everything we need and very comfortably. The distances between the houses in the area are large and the silence is great. The charming beach is a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful town of Ermioni is a 5-minute drive away. The area is very beautiful and agricultural, with an hour drive you can reach famous archaeological sites, the town of Nafplio, the islands Idra and Spetses. For those who like an outing, we recommend the Devil Bridge site near the village of Trizina, climbing with ropes in the charming stream. The owners Dionysus and Julie welcomed us generously and took care of all our needs.

Very clean with a comfortable layout for multiple guests. Perfect beach house with every amenity..

What a great experience! Dionysis and Julie were both wonderful and friendly people who we instantly became friends with. Their villa has the perfect blend of European style and beach house appeal, with all the creature comforts of a real home. Perfect sized kitchen with everything you could possibly need, huge verandas to enjoy breakfast or lunch outside, and a gorgeous well maintained and crystal clear pool that is private and has plenty of room for multiple guests. Dionysis even had charcoal should we have wanted to grill out on the patio grill bbq by the pool. Best of all, the villa is just a few short minutes by car to the beautiful Godai beach club that you can easily walk to as well. Nights were peaceful and quiet, and it's just a short trip into the main town should you need anything from the grocery store or to go out to eat. We fell in love with this place and will come here again. A special thank you to Dionysis and Julie for their hospitality. It was a beautiful villa and a wonderful experience.

villa superbe pour de très bonnes vacances!!!

La villa Julie est une très belle maison, idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances en Grèce. En effet, elle est située à proximité d'Ermioni, petit village du Péloponnèse, à une heure de voiture de Nauplie.... ce qui permet de rayonner autour afin de voir les sites archéologiques. En outre, elle est très confortable offrant une piscine, la Wi-Fi, deux lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, une fontaine à eau avec bouteilles offertes par les propriétaires (!!)... Julie et Dyonisis sont très accueillants: ils nous ont aidés le premier jour à nous rendre au supermarché et nous ont exposé toutes les opportunités à saisir dans la région. Ils ont demandé les services d'une femme de ménage en milieu de séjour, sans frais supplémentaires de notre part. Je recommanderai hautement cette villa. Allez-y en toute confiance!

Villa superbe, agréable, calme...bref le bonheur!

Nous avons passé des vacances excellentes dans une villa très agréable! La villa est spacieuse, agréable, calme, dans un très beau cadre. Propre et bien entretenue, avec une piscine, elle est très bien équipée et permet de passer de très bons moments à l'intérieur. Elle est très bien située et permet de profiter à la fois de moments de culture comme de moments de détente! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et se plient en quatre pour nous permettre de vivre de très bons moments dans leur villa. Bref la villa julie est un superbe moyen de passer un très bon temps!!!

Julie is half - Dutch and they both have taken extra care of this property since they also use it for some days during the holidays with their large family. Dionysis is a near- native English speaker and Julie speaks French, English and Dutch.
