The flat is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and incredible location. The hosts are excellent and they make sure their guests have the best experience. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.

Really nice apartment!

A very good and beautiful apartment in Central London... I been there with my boyfriend, it is a big apartment. Everything was new, well decorated and clean. It´s a romantic and quiet place to stay but in the center of the city. Is a short walk from little Venice, Portobello market, Hide Park and tube stations. They were really nice and helpfull. Recommended!!

St. Stephens Gardens

This was our first experience with VRBO. We were very pleased with the flat, the location and the convenience of renting compared to lodging in a hotel. The manager was accessible for questions and greeted us upon arrival. Traveling with teens can be hard but because they had their own space our trip was a pleasure. I especially enjoyed the courtyard. It was nice to be able to step outside and enjoy the greenery. Excellent location! There are some great pubs and restaurants in short walking distance. It was so nice to be in an attractive neighborhood after touring all day.

Home away from home

We stayed in this fully-equipped oasis for nearly two weeks, and found it to be convenient, well-appointed and totally comfortable. It was like living at home, but nicer! Everything you need is within walking distance, including several markets, pastry shops, restaurants, etc. Great location and easy access to Tube and buses. Divya provided all useful maps, and guidance, including great restaurant recommendations. Also, we discovered Little Venice -- a hidden treasure very close by. Waking up to the gorgeous tropical garden was a big plus! We would stay in this flat again and again! Thanks, Darshi, Rowan, (Tara) and Divya

Wonderful property and outstanding service

This vacation rental is absolutely wonderful. It's located in a quite neighborhood, but close to a tube line and extremely close to multiple bus stops. It took us a few days to figure out the best routes to specific destinations, but both the bus routes and tube routes can get you anywhere in a reasonable amount of time (like the heart of London about 30 minutes). And there are multiple restaurants/pubs and markets within short walking distance. The flat itself is excellent. My family consists of 4, including two teenage daughters. The two bedrooms were comfortable, and my oldest daughter slept on the over-sized sofa in the living room which she thought was very comfortable. The two bathrooms came in very handy during the morning rush to begin our day. The full sized kitchen was great for breakfast meals, and we even did a few dinners, given that the supermarket was very close by. And everything was very clean. Communication with the owner & manager was excellent. Before our trip I emailed multiple times with questions, and they were very prompt and friendly answering all of my questions. They even arranged transportation from/to the airport for us. Divya, the property manager meet us upon arrival and was very friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment and informed us of the transportation options and local shops & stores, along with answering email questions we had throughout our stay. We stayed for 7 days and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting London.

Concerned

My first concern was with the lack of information. it was not until the day we left the US did we get the address of the flat, even after many e mails and phone tries. The manager, Jack was certainly not a good representative for the owners He failed to welcome us, share any knowledge of the immediate area and was more concerned about leaving for his trip to Portugal. Poor customer service. The flat was not identified as a basement flat with one bathroom only reachable by going outside to the courtyard. The other bathroom was fine however under the pathway with a low ceiling and poor ventilation. The cooking pans have seen better days and the teflon coating was severely damaged and we were concerned to use. At no time during the stay were we contacted to see if everything was OK, two lightbulbs went out and there were no replacements bulbs. Nor was I contacted after I sent an email to the manager giving the time of departure. Overall not what it was cracked up to be and somewhat disappointed in the customer service.
