We enjoyed our stay so much! Our host was so helpful and friendly and quickly responded to all our questions. What a beautiful place in a gorgeous neighborhood with every thing we needed for our extended time in Orlando. Truly a dream place to stay!
Cute apartment that had everything we needed for a quick stay. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and Lake Eola. Enjoyed several conversations with Mark, the property owner.
Clean, with modern feel, adequate kitchen, comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Mark (owner) is very responsive and personable if something is needed. Overall great stay. Thanks! Easy, short drive to Winter Park. Nice walk to downtown. Quiet, well maintained neighborhood.
Ideal spot to stay within walking distance from Lake Eola, with bars and restaurants nearby, and a Publix. Mark was a great host and even invited us to their Thanksgiving party. The accommodation is well laid out with everything you will need and nice, light and airy, as well as being attractively decorated. Would definitely stay there again.
Amazing host greeted us and made check in very easy. The property is beautiful and so close to so many great restaurants and walking paths. Had a great time here and would definitely come back!
Great location, beautiful room and fantastic host! This place is perfect for any stay in Orlando - super safe neighborhood, very walkable, and also provides easy access to other cool places in the vicinity (Mills 50, Ivanhoe, Winter Park, downtown, etc).
Would highy recommend and would 100% stay again!

Decent accommodations, Disrespectful owner
Tldr; Owner tried to gaslight us and he was simply disrespectful. *Owner eventually refunded us 50% of one night's stay. Good on him for something, but the experience was still awful. My wife and I were visiting FL for a family wedding. We arrived Thurs evening. We booked this home because it seemed like it would be a comfortable and quiet space to work from on Friday. The owner did not send the check-in information by the time we got to his driveway around 10pm. He later blamed technical issues with the VRBO app (which totally may have been true). That being said, he was able to send me one through the app, "did you receive messages".We couldn't get into the rental unit. We sat in the driveway for a couple hours trying to reach the owner by phone, on hold with VRBO tech support. By 12AM, we had to get to sleep, and VRBO offered us a reimbursement for a one-night stay at a hotel. It was very generous. That night was frustrating, but these things can happen. I thought the owner would reach out the next day and offer to refund us for one night, since we didn't actually stay there. I would have felt great about that. If it had turned out that way, this review would be much better. The owner never mentioned a refund, so I asked on the day we left. I was just looking for the owner to take some responsibility. Instead, he was defensive and blamed me for the timing my second payment came through and technical issues. I had paid in full by the time I arrived on Thursday.
