Surrounded by mountains on Lake Hamilton, 'Mia's Loft' is perfect for a family or a couples getaway This cozy upstairs 2 bedroom unit is close enough to see what all fabulous Hot Springs has to offer but also gets you away from it all!
Located in a quiet and safe gated community and offers nothing short of amazing and peaceful lake views from your private balcony.

Come stay and enjoy this freshly painted, and newly furnished condo! Brand new beds, sofa, and many more upgrades. This roomy upstairs unit is perfect spacing for families or just a couples getaway. This condo is priced just right for 6 guest.
This is a two bedroom Loft. Each bedroom offers a comfy Queen size bed for a great nights sleep. Along with the sofa bed.
One bathroom with walk- in shower- with plenty of towels, shampoos, soaps, and a plenty of towels, shampoos, soaps, and a hairdryer.
The kitchen has anything needed to prepare a meal. A cooktop with convection/microwave and refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. Dishes, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cooking and eating utensils, cups, coffee mugs- we've thought of everything!
A coffee maker with coffee, filters, creamer, and sugars are provided for those peaceful coffee mornings on the porch.

Swim towels available for dips in the lake!
Bring a floaty and your set to enjoy the day in the beautiful waters of Lake Hamilton.
There's plenty to do with board games, cards, and a large T.V. with internet. Or take a stroll around the boardwalk and enjoy the views of the water!
A charcoal grill is located on the deck. Also there is a charcoal grill located in the common area for guest use. (Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid)

While there is no slips available, boats are welcome to tie up to the boardwalk. Trailer parking available.
This Condo is an easy 12-15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Perfect to enjoy the day exploring and then head back to your condo for a relaxing evening on the lake!
