The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The dining area has a table with seating enough for (6) and a bar with seating for (4).

The comfortable living area has a queen sleeper sofa, 55" Roku Smart TV, an electric fireplace and board games for your family.

- Base rate is set at (8) guests (adults or children above two years old).

(An extra guest fee will be added for any additional guest - $25 per night. Please be honest and specify the correct amount of guests when you book. This charge is for extra cleaning, extra use of bedding, towels, water, electricity, and normal wear and tear).

- "The Blue Room" features a King size bed, brand new mattress, 43" Roku Smart TV, spacious closet, dresser and entrance to the backyard patio.

- "The Yellow Room" features King size bed, brand new mattress, 43" Roku Smart TV, spacious closet and dresser.

- Bunk Room features (2) Full size bunk beds and (2) Twin size bunk beds.

- (2) Spacious Bathrooms! One is brand new!

- Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer.

- Spacious and beautifully decorated backyard with a relaxing pool, gazebo, (2) grills, outdoor dining area, lounge seating and an outside shower to comfortably rinse off after a day at the beach.

- We do provide some beach gear, chairs, wagons, and toys. These items are considered courtesy items which are not guaranteed to be available. These items are provided and cared for by guests and are not managed by the property owner or the management team.

- Only three blocks from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is close to great bars, restaurants and a local attractions.  Our favorite attraction is St. Andrews Park where you will often see exotic birds, beautiful deer and the best shelling ever! Travel less than a mile to boat rentals, sunset cruises, dolphin tours, scuba tours and other fun activities.

- Walmart and Publix are within a short drive or deliveries are available as well!

Guest Access

There is a free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the driveway, 2 to the left side of driveway on the grass).

Easy to use keyless door system. Code and more instructions provided after booking confirmation. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

- Must be 25 years of age or older to book. No exceptions.

- No Pets allowed.

- No Smoking allowed.

- No loud parties or events.

- (2) Pack & Play Travel Cribs are provided. We do not supply crib bedding. Please ensure that you bring crib bedding with you.
