Solid place

Good spot in the heart of brickell, could use a bit of updating and slightly better mattresses. Overall good for what it is. Recommend!

Cheapest property in the area. Spacious. Needs updating and while the mattress was great the bed frame squeaked when you moved. Other than that, it was a steal compared to hotels and other rentals in the area. Communication was outstanding.
