When we checked in at 3:30 from the airport, the front desk attendant made us wait until exactly 4 pm, despite knowing our arrival time beforehand. The process of using the virtual key to access the building and apartment was confusing and frustrating. Nonetheless, the studio, perfect for our one-night stay before our cruise, had two queen beds, one of which was a sleeper sofa, and the other folded against the wall, providing a comfortable sleeping space. It was clean and equipped with all the necessities for a family stay, including utensils, glasses, cups, dishes, a coffee machine (though without coffee), and a good-sized refrigerator. The AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was good, but the shower had a clear panel, and only shampoo and conditioner were available—the body wash bottle was empty, and they didn’t provide a hairdryer. The only major issue was an attempted double charge on my Visa card, which I promptly disputed with my bank.
