Great place. Very clean. Loved the deep tub. That was a surprise. Very convenient to the port. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Beautiful building. Only shock was the 50price tag for the overnight parking. That was unexpected. Talum restaurant located in the building was great for breakfast before leavung. Service at the main desk and for parking was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great apartment in a great location and resembles images available.There were a few issues that should be looked at and one is the electrics, beside the bed is a very dubious double socket which has no front plate and 'wobbles' when you insert a plug, some of the others caused fuse box to trip when high voltage plug inserted. No kettle to make tea. Apartment was clean and well presented.I would advise anyone, like me, coming off a cruise to consider the 3pm check in and 10am check out as a potential problem for luggage as there is no concierge storage available. I did use the recommended 'Radical Storage' solution on 41 SE 5th St, inside the 'A Family' Deli and they were wonderful, a great resolution for my one night stay.Rodrigo was a great and helpful communicator.

The location was great, very walkable, and the unit itself was great. The host had laundry washing pods available to use, and let me tell you about the bed! OMG! The bed was absolutely amazing! My wife and I had the best sleep we've had in years. This unit had everything you needed to enjoy yourself! If I had to say anything bad about this place it would be the shower/ tub combination, I would prefer a walk-in shower instead of the tub combination, The shower head was okay wish it was a rain head or at least a rain head with a hand-held sprayer We would definitely rent this unit again in a heartbeat!! Thank you for a great stay! We love Mami!!

communication was terrible

Slow responses, no responses, led to not being able to use the pool area some of our stay. Pool area check in is a hassle. The condo is nice but could use some work. The shower curtain kept falling down, no drain stop in bathroom sink. tissue box with one tissue in it. I mean, the place was pretty pricey so I expect it to be a little nicer.
