Welcome to our spacious and charming townhouse on Lake Palmetto Lane, just outside of Charleston, South Carolina! This AirBnB is conveniently located next to Park Circle, Tanger Outlets, and the Charleston International Airport. With room to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, this is the perfect getaway for your family or friends.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living area that's perfect for gathering with loved ones. The living room features comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. The dining area is adjacent to the living area with room for 6 guests to share a meal.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.
The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.But the real highlight of this townhouse is the outdoor space! The large deck is great for hanging out with breathtaking views of the lake.

- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
