The living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom all open to a lush, tropically landscaped deck & heated pool. Just beyond the pool deck and privacy landscaping, you will step on to a ninety foot concrete dock that is available for your own boat or a rental, if you choose. From the covered deck you can access are several areas of the home including the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and also features an outdoor dining area featuring a large Weber gas grill. Enjoy that important sporting event on an 80 inch HDTV located in the living room but swivels to a position outside on the deck. A child pool fence is also available if desired. This property is really the ideal setting for family fun in the Florida sun.The living/family room has a HDTV, DVD & WIFI. The living room features automatic cozy and comfortable powered reclining sofas. The master bedroom, which also opens to the pool deck, has a king bed & 50inch flat screen HDTV and boasts a large walk in closet and large ensuite bathroom with granite counter tops and shower. The roomy second bedroom has a queen size with a 32inch flat screen HDTV bed and large closet. The third bedroom has two double beds with a 32inch flat screen HDTV a closet. The kitchen, which overlooks and opens to the pool, features all stainless appliances, and dinette with a large dining table. The second bath has a tub/ shower combination and features a granite counter top. The third bathroom which is accessible from the pool deck and from inside the home features a granite counter top and a full shower. Plenty of parking is available on the circular driveway and in front of the double car garage. Have a cool drink on the pool deck a night while enjoying the pool deck featuring expansive mood lighting that illuminates the tropical gardens, the pool and beautiful dock.

The best fully stocked kitchen i have experienced and i have booked homes every year in Lauderdale for the past 15 years! Perfect Lauderdale location

We rented this property for the air show. Was the perfect home for 3 couples and a boat. The location is perfect for both driving and boating. Great Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great neighborhood, close to the beach and on a canal close to the intercoastal. My family enjoyed the outdoor space by the pool and we spent most evenings trying the great nearby restaurants. The host Mara was very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Canal front location close to everything you need!!!

The key feature of this property is the back yard and its proximity to shopping and restuarants. It is right on a canal, located in close proxity to the ICW. There is plenty of dock space with no fixed bridges between it and the open ocean. The back yard has a pool and a porch area so you can enjoy the breezes and escape the sun when not in the pool. The house is in good repair with any maintenace items identified being quickly resolved by the property management company. There is a circular driveway that parks 4 cars easily. As for location, the Landings is a nice neighborhood that is really cl;ose to Commercial Blvd and is only a moderate walk to Lauderdale By The Sea beach area. Going West, you are only minutes drive from a multitude of shopping and dining on Federal Highway.

This property was a very well appointed vacation house. PLENTY of space, and then some, for our family of five. The pool and outdoor space were utilized the majority of our stay. The tech (WiFi, Cable, Sonos, TVs, etc.) was impressive! The location of the property was ideal, as well. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay... Only wished it was longer. Mara(property owner) was excellent in communication and very responsive to questions. 5 Stars, for sure, and will be on the top of our list for future trips to the Ft Lauderdale/Lauderdale-by-the-Sea area.

Winter Escape

We spent six weeks at this home. It’s spacious, clean and comfortable with a beautifully landscaped yard and the pool was so enjoyable. The upscale neighborhood was very quiet and close to the beach and restaurants. Very timely response from the owner when we had questions. Although it was just myself, husband and our dogs at the house, this property would be great for families or couples vacationing together.

Great house and location

We made a last minute decision to take a spring break vacation and Mara was great to work with under short notice. She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and that we had a great time. The house is very nice and the neighborhood is very quiet yet with a couple minutes drive you have great restaurants and the ocean! This beautiful house is located in one of Fort Lauderdale's beautiful neighborhoods, in The Landings. We were so lucky to book this clean, waterfront house to stay in. We enjoyed this property, the location and the amenties. It features a wonderful water view with a private dock. Every room in this house has been updated to meet the needs of all family members. The bedrooms were a decent size. The Master suite was amazing. It was spacious and quiet with a nice bath and walk in closet. The outdoor area was also spectacular. There is a heated pool on the waterfront with seating and BBQ. Everything needed to relax is in the home. Although its tucked in for absolute privacy, you are still 5 min. fom the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. There were zero complaints. This property will be a revisit for us next year. We would highly recommend this nice house to everyone

All I can say is WOW! What a great house and a great owner. From the first contact with Mara everything went extremely smooth. Mara couldn't have been more attentive and nice. The house was absolutely spotless upon entering and walking around. All the amenities were there. The kids and adults enjoyed the dock, pool and quiet atmosphere. The location is also great with plenty of places to eat and the beach right down the road. If you ever need an immaculate house at a reasonable price this is the house for you!!! The house was very clean - the access to the pool from the bedroom, living room, and kitchen was great. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Great family vacation home! Owners were great!

We booked this house for 1 week with Mara the owner. Right from the beginning Mara the owner was quick to reply to my emails and was very detailed which made us feel that this owner cared. She wanted to make sure our family vacation in her home was going to be the lease of our worries when trying to plan our trip to Florida. They even offered to get a baby high chair as they knew we were coming with a 11 month old. All the little details made our vacation go smoothly. The house is very clean, no bugs. The beds were very comfortable in all of the rooms. Everybody was happy as sleeping well while on vacation is very important. The backyard heated pool was used everyday!The neighborhood is very quiet. Great for morning jogs around the neighborhood. Everything is close by. We would definitely recommend dealing with Mara to others. The quality of communication is very rare to find with other owners. We know as we have been renting for years in Florida. Again a true pleasure and we will definitively be back renting this house again! Thanks again for everything.

Spacious, pool and waterfront home located in the BEST part of The Landings which is on the east side of Bayview. Pool is immaculate and you're less than a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the beach!

What makes this property unique

Located close to the end of a private cul-de-sac in the prestigious Landings area, our home is a Waterfront property in the best location possible in this area, as our dock can accommodate any size boat. All of the furniture is brand new, including beds, pillows, linens, automatic reclining sofas, brand new kitchen appliances, newly renovated bathrooms, immaculately kept and 2amazing crystal blue pool with loungers and covered patio table. Enjoy privacy with only a 5 minute drive or 22 minute walk to the beach with fishing pier.
