You will enjoy your stay because you will have everything you need: air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating. All appliances at your disposal. Located in the heart of the Nuñez neighborhood, 2 blocks from the metro and Av. Cabildo. Surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants. Supermarket in front and fruit and vegetable store a few steps away.

The Building has 24-hour security through immediate monitoring with the security company. Called Totem.
The building has SUM and grill. To use this area you must pay an additional €40 for its use and cleaning.
Pool, lounge chairs and garden. An area that is used a lot in summer. You can use the towels that we leave you in the apartment but you cannot eat or drink in that area.
Gym, the use of a personal towel is essential.
