The space.
Gorgeous hotel/condo located at The Marenas Resort in Sunny Isles Beach! There is a game room, sauna, restaurant, gym, and of course the beach all very close to your room. Umbrellas, chaise lounge chairs, chaise covers, and beach towels are provided when you go to the beach. Must be 21 years old to book.

Parcel & Shipping
Our Concierge team can readily assist you with packages and shipping during your stay. Every registered guest can order products and mail them. Meanwhile, they are accepting reservations taking place within the next ten days, and they will save for 14 days after the guest's departure.

The concierge department is responsible for processing all the shipments. The hotel reserves the right to reject any package based on safety and security. A fee of $5.00 per box is applicable for up to ten bags; additional packages are subject to a $15.00 additional charge per package.

FEES PAYABLE DURING YOUR STAY
1. Our condominium is a private apartment located in a resort. The hotel staff will require you to provide a credit card to cover your consumption during the stay. Also, they will charge mandatory fees for the following services:

+ Valet Parking cost per night is $35.00 (Optional if you bring a car)
+ Resort Fee: $35
+ Administrative Fee $10.00
TOTAL: $80.00 per night approx. (It stops counting after the 21st day)

2. The hotel will collect these tariffs per condominium (NOT per person). We give you an idea about their cost, and the guest must assume any variation or discrepancy; the host is not responsible for them.

The website quote does not include these expenses; the guest should pay them upon check-out once the booking ends.

3. No charges apply after the 21st day of stay; fees will accumulate again after the 30th day period.

While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your Apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
Note: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to a local single mother that does a great job.

Cleaning Company provide ONLY A starter pack includes: Dishwashing powder (1), dishwashing liquid (3oz), kitchen sponge (1), kitchen towels (1), paper towels (1), (2) toilet paper per bath, body soap, shampoo, and (2) garbage bags for each garbage can, Sheets provided for all beds, (4) Bath towels per bathroom, (1) Hand towel per bathroom, (4) washcloths per bathroom and (1) Bath mat per bathroom, Not included daily housekeeping service or daily towel replacement.

Other things to note.
There is a vacant lot next door where construction has started, right now there are tractors that push dirt around and drilling so the beeping noises and drilling can be heard if you are outside and maybe you hear it a little while inside the unit. We will update the listing accordingly with details on the construction as they become available. If you are concerned about the construction next door, please ask us about it before booking so we may provide the latest of what we know.
The hotel front desk is 24/7. Checking in late? No problem! You may leave your bags with concierge if your flights are outside of check in and checkout times.
