This beautiful and peaceful, recently built 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is waiting for you to enjoy in a quiet (manufactured home) neighborhood with it's own community boat launch, pier and dock directly on the Indian River which is part of Florida's intracoastal waterway. This home is a short stroll from the pier where you can enjoy a picnic on the dock while watching dolphins or on your own boat. Boat lift slips are available from Terra Mar Village to rent by the month or leave the boat on the trailer in the driveway. Enjoy fishing, pontoon and other small craft boating, kayaking. BYOB (bring your own boat). Dolphins, manatees and a variety of sea birds, are provided by nature for your viewing pleasure. Or just relax and catch some rays in or by the heated pool next to the clubhouse. Or go back to the River House to whip up a gourmet meal of freshly caught and cleaned (at the dock) fish, in the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. If you want another excursion, the world famous New Smyrna beach and downtown is just minutes away (~15 minute drive) where you will find a classic Florida sugar sand beach with all the amenities and a quaint walking downtown shopping/ restaurant district with amazing choices for dining, souvenirs, ice cream and entertainment. Disney and Orlando attractions are also an easy day trip across I-4 with Daytona beach and the speedway a 30 minute drive north. Relax in the screened in porch in the evening and enjoy the stars or view the occasional launch from Canaveral from across the estuary or drive there to get up close and feel the launch. There are 2 king size beds plus a rollaway to sleep all the guests. After a day of being on the water you will find a fully equipped laundry room with washer/ dryer for your convenience and other provided cleaning supplies. should you need them. All the kitchen amenities you want are there including drip coffeemaker, Keurig, microwave, ice maker, full fridge/freezer and stove and the Edgewater Publix grocery/pharmacy is just a few minutes' drive North. Those who fish are responsible for all licensing and compliance with all current fishing regulations including size limitations of individual fish and shell fish as well as the limitation of how many fish and shell fish may be taken per day and the catch and release only species.
