This beautiful condo is located in the gated community of Oceanwalk. Located directly across the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is fully furnished and decorated. The master bedroom has a large masterbathroom which includes 2 sinks, a large jacuzzi tub, and a shower. The master room includes a comfortable king size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, tv, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom includes 3 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Washer and dryer are also included. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella.

New Smyrna Beach OceanWalk property

We enjoyed our time during our stay at Oceanwalk condominium on A-1-A in NSB. A very nice unit which was clean and comfortable. Easy access to all points of interest we visited.

First time at Ocean Walk after 26 winters in NSB.

Pleasantly surprised by Ocean Walk. Despite its huge size it was quiet, very little traffic. Grounds are very well maintained. Enclosed parking was appreciated. Owner was quick to respond and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Beach access was good.

Wonderful girls getaway!

This condo was great and Carmen was very responsive to my questions and was very friendly. Everyone we encountered in this neighborhood from the pools to the beach were so nice! The grounds were very well kept and we felt very safe. Myself and my family would love to return!

Rented the condo for a girls beach weekend birthday celebration.

Lovely weekend in New Smyrna

Everything was just great. The rooms were comfortable, we adored the pool and the balcony. It was extremely spacious and easy to get to. We had hoped to have my family over for dinner but didn't due to scheduling but easily could have. The only thing was that the wifi was a little spotty and kept logging us out. We can't wait to get back.

First time at NSB

This was a quick stop at the beach while in route to Key Largo for dolphin assisted therapy at Island Dolphin Care. Carmen's condo was ideally located, beautifully decorated, quiet and very clean. I had opportunity to communicate with Carmen via text; she was always prompt and very informative. As this was a short stopover we did not use the kitchen except the toaster and fridge but you will find everything needed to prepare meals. I highly recommend Carmen's home should you want a wonderful, warm place to stay in New Smyrna Beach. We will definitely stay again if in the area!

Beautiful gated community tennis swimming underground parking. Walk across the street to the beach.

Miss Carmen let us use her second home for my birthday weekend. It was 10 times more than I expected. Her condo is beautiful and was spotless upon arrival. She communicated with me the day before and the morning of check out. She truly is a professional and a giving person to let somebody stay in her second home.

Quick Family Vacay before School Starts 💜

We drove out from Orlando to spend a few relaxing days at the beach, before returning to school. My husband and 3 children (ages 5-12) had plenty of room to spread out. The property was just as described and accommodated every need we could have possibly thought of. Miss Carmen was kind and attentive, professional and responsive. We enjoy a nice long weekend in this unit. Everything was clean and just as advertised. We were worried about the distance of the walk to the beach, but it wasn’t bad at all. Took less than 10 minutes and there is hardly any traffic on the main road. Super easy!

Great place

Positives: Absolutely perfect for a family of 5 with the setup they have (1 master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds). Could fit 6 with the couch, but it would start getting crowded. This is on the 2nd floor of the building, so you don't have to use the elevator unless you really need to. --Porch is screened in, so less worry about bugs! --2 pools on property if you want to avoid getting sandy at the beach. --Close enough to walk to the beach, but I would recommend driving to the other end of the complex and parking closer to the crosswalk (signal present, easy crossing). Saves about 10 minutes of walking and hauling gear. --Beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, buckets, and BOOGIE BOARDS (a great hit with my kids) --Washer & Dryer in the unit Cons: --If you want to go elsewhere, it can be a bit of a drive, since you are a fair ways south on the peninsula. --We did have to shop for a few basic amenities (TP, trash bags, laundry detergent), but most things were present. --This did NOT happen to us, but if anything were to go wrong, I'm not sure what you would do, as I believe the owners live out of town. Overall, an excellent place!

Thank you Mark for you review. Our condo is perfect for a family with kids like yours because we are in the beach area where cars are not allowed. It is the reason we are a little bit of drive from business. We live one hour from New Smyrna, but we have a person in the same condominium who can help you if you have an emergency (hopefully no body requested her help). I’m glad you and your family enjoyed your vacation time and thank you for treat our place like yours and for your lovely thank you note.
