YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OF AGE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. You will be about 300 hundred yards from the beach. Located on the west side of A1A. Updated in 2022, a 3 bedroom 2 bath (one story no stairs), full size kitchen and dinning area for preparing a nice meal after a day at the beach. Great room has a Smart TV with WiFi connection. (High speed fiber) Two couches one pulls out to a queen sleeper) and a chair and ottoman. Master bedroom has a king size bed and dresser , large closet, bathroom has a walk in shower. 2nd room has a king bed and dresser, smart TV. 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, for kids only (150lb MAX weight limit). There is a gas grill for cooking out. Sheets, towels, beach chairs and 2 beach cruisers, and a cooler are provided. Just bring your swim suits.) Inquire about a day on the water. Go boating on the intracoastal water way, sight seeing, Inshore fishing, cruising to a local water front restaurant. Or an afternoon on a Island sandbar.

Put all trash and recycling out Sunday night to the curb and Thursday Morning trash only. Please treat my house like a friends home, Have Respect !!

This property is as posted and it is maintained consistently. I’ve been 4 years in a row now and my family loves staying here. Darrel is helpful and responsive to any requests. There’s plenty of space and it’s close to the 18th street beach access.

This home is beautiful and has everything you would need for the beach and otherwise. We will definitely be staying again. There are lots of games for down time and plenty of beach supplies. You wont regret staying here.

We Loved It!

Family New Year’s trip

Home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Easy walk to beach access! Central location to area attractions. We were able to catch the Falcon Heavy launch and Starlink launch during our stay and it was amazing to see! Easy and quick communication with our host and easy check in/out. We definitely recommend this for your next vacation.

Fabulous Place to Stay

We have stayed with VRBO before and had good experiences. However, this property was exceptional. It was perfect for my husband, our girls and their husbands. We had a fantastic stay. The ease of getting to the beach, promptness of the owner getting back with us, and the overall family vacation experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay near the beach.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place to stay at! It was very well equipped with plenty of beach equipment. We absolutely loved that it came with bikes for everyone to be able to ride. We loved how a turtle came to the rental every morning, which made for some cool memories for my family and I. Thank you guys for the awesome stay!

Nice beach house

Overall property is very nice. Only thing was I thought there was a spa/ hot tub on the property. Also the ceiling fans were dirty. Also the Air conditioner goes up to 79 in the middle of the night

Fully stocked you just need to show up

We fully enjoyed our stay. Duplex was fully stocked with everything you need for a vacation. You honestly just need to show up. The property manager noticed the bedding in the master needed to be replaced. He brought new bedding and pillows for our stay. Great property for pets and kids!

Great time

Everything was clean and well-appointed. There were a number of small touches that I appreciated: good internet connection, 3 TV's, Keurig machine with K-cups, a kitchen well-stocked with dishes and utensils, 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbee, grill, washer and dryer, dishwasher, outdoor shower. I messaged the owner only once, to check out. My only gripe is very minor: our group of six frequently ran out of hot water. We had a great time and would love to come back next year.

Clean and spacious

We checked in on Christmas Day and truly enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill for Christmas dinner. The unit was inviting, clean and very spacious. Communication with the owner was excellent, as well. We had two dogs who thoroughly loved running around in the backyard. There were bikes, NICE beach chairs, plenty of beach toys and more. It’s a pain to buy oil, butter, coffee filters, detergent, sugars, spices etc. They had ALL of these items available and we didn’t have to waste by purchasing those those items. The beds were VERY comfortable and both bathrooms were big! We were right across the street from the ocean and easily crossed street to be right at the beach. We hope to return again and appreciate all that Darrel and family provided.

A hidden gem in New Smyrna

With multiple beach access points within walking distance this property is one of the best to avoid the crowded public ramps and parking lots in New Smyrna while still being close enough to downtown shops and restaurants. It is also only a short drive from the end of the beach where you can park and watch launches from Cape Canaveral day or night.

Location, Location, Location

This is our 5th year stay in NSB. We know the value of staying close to the beach since we usually stay for 4-5 weeks. This house was perfect for us in that it was clean, had 3 bedrooms 2 baths, was recently renovated, comfortably appointed and had beachy decorations. The kitchen was large, fully stocked with utensils and appliances, Bathrooms were new, water pressure was awesome- the Master bath has a huge, tiled shower with a rain shower head and hand spray. The king beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, we never used the bunk beds in the third BR but they looked comfy too. So, we loved the house with the beach across the street! The garage had 5 bikes, 6 chairs, coolers, a wagon, beach toys - and a new grill (we used it a lot). Bring an umbrella for the sun!Here's the only drawback- the exterior side and rear yards were unkempt and unusable. We normally would beach for a few hours then come back to lounge outside, but there was no place to do that. A table with chairs are not really comfortable for that. We were unlucky in that they are in full renovation next door but it wasn't too intrusive. The owner was very reactive to our messages, seems like a nice, reasonable guy. We had no issues while there to address, everything was easy to understand. This property is a strong 4.5 with only the exterior holding it back. Perfect for short stays, kids and family! Overall it was a positive stay for us!

My family loves spending time at New Smyrna Beach, I grew up in Daytona and wanted to be near the beach again without the craziness of the Daytona Beach crowd.

Why they chose this property

Being located on A1A in New Smyrna Beach makes it a short drive or bike ride to Flagler Ave. shopping and dinning . Just 30 min. to Daytona speedway. and 1.20 hr from all the great theme parks in Orlando. New Smyrna has great local restaurants and breweries. The Canaveral National Seashore is just 7.3 miles to the south of us on A1A. Great fishing charters and places to rent a boat or paddle boards for the day are close by. Walk just a couple of blocks south to Izzies and grab some Tacos and Ice Cream.
