Beach side family friendly Happy Home, steps from no drive beach.

Discover the beauty of New Smyrna Beach from this spacious 3-bedroom house. The bedrooms are all upstairs. 2 Bedrooms have comfy queen beds. One has an en suite full bathroom with walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom is the kids room and has 2 bunkbeds and can sleep 4 to 5 kids. Toys are available. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Please note that the spokes on the landing upstairs are fairly wide and a small toddler could fit through. Therefore we are not suitable for toddlers even though we love to have children in our home.
This delightful property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, hair dryer, iron, WiFi, and AC. TV and electric fireplace at your fingertips for cozy at home nights.. Please be aware there is no washer/ dryer, but there is a clean laundromat very nearby. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, towels, soap and shampoo for added comfort. Fall in love with New Smyrna Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
Enjoy a 5-10 min stroll to the no drive beach to enjoy the gorgeous sunrise or spend the day. Located conveniently 2 mi away from the hustle and bustle of Flagler ave, in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. 10 min walk to Brown Bay for fishing, kayaking or to enjoy the sunset.
Walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to all nature has to offer.

Please note this is our second home, not just a rental unit. We are not suitable for party's or groups of youngsters.

Very amazing property and close to the beach. Only thing is the “no washer/dryer” could be called out more explicitly as well as the short cut to the beach through the green chain linked fence. Outside of that great property!!

If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, this works well. Just be aware that the house is older and has a very 'lived-in' feel. The bathrooms are basic and the overall aesthetic is a bit dated, so it’s not the place for someone looking for a modern or high-end renovation. That said, the cleanliness was appreciated and it was a perfectly fine, average stay.

Wonderful stay!

Stayed here for a youth football tournament and had a great stay! Rooms were very very spacious, plenty of towels, and it was clean. It was decorated very nicely as well and beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay again:)

The home had no laundry facilities. There were cockroaches in the downstairs bathroom. The pillows were flat. Towels and sheets smelled musty. The ice maker was broken. That would have been nice to know prior. The house was hot and difficult to sleep as beds were uncomfortable and the house was so hot. The bed side lamps did not work. The bathrooms need to be updated. The living area and kitchen were nicely updated. There are nice extras for the beach.. chairs etc…good location. The porch area was a nice extra space.

Good location and size. Had 8 family members for a baby shower being held in NSB. Plenty of room for all of us and the table was huge which was great for all the things we had to put together for the shower.

Great location

This house is about an 8 minute leisurely walk from the no-car beach. It is very close to the drive beach if you prefer that. It was not far from many restaurants and grocery stores. The house is as described on the listing, and we had plenty of space with four adults.

This was exactly what we needed for the time that me and some friends were there to have a nice weekend. Everything was as noted, instructions were clear, and the place was pleasant to be at all around with plenty of shopping and conveniences nearby. The host was very polite and would respond in a timely manner to any questions.I will certainly keep it in mind for a future trip and even to recommend to others who want to spend time at the lovely beach near. Highly recommend!
