Perfect spot in New Smyrna- walking distance to the beach, Flagler Ave and restaurants. Bright, beach vibe and very comfortable. Fenced in yard was great for our dog and just a great neighbor in general. Cindy our just was very responsive. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great Vacation

The pictures are very accurate of property. The location is excellent to beach and restaurants. The master bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The TV remotes were a bit of a challenge but the owner was very obliging in trying to resolve Would love to stay again

Great location and perfect for a dog!

This location can't be beat. Walk 1 block to beach, walkable to shops and restaurants too. Our dog loved the yard and was excited to have a dog friend staying in the other side of the duplex. Nice to have the first floor half bath too. Very comfortable sectional and comfortable bed in master bedroom. Would stay again.

pet friendly escape

this well appointed, Home met all my expectations. It can be difficult to find a pet friendly place to stay with the fenced in yard and this was just perfect great location near restaurants, the beach and Pickleball court I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone.

A month at the beach

Even though the home is on the old side, we were very comfortable and consider that it was great value for money. We felt right at home! Loved the yard. Since we are old as well, we did find it a long walk to “happening” Flagler Ave and were quite amused that cars and trucks are allowed on the beach but dogs are a no no!! We had occasion to need a repair and the work was done in an acceptable time frame. The agent in charge of the property was responsive.

Hi William, New Smyrna Beach has a doggy beach. You can even go swimming with them. They have doogy showers to. It was at the end of Penisular Ave. It is a older house that has been renovated. The new owners paid almost a million for it. A lot of the homes in NSB are older and renovated to keep the charm of the city. It's a 4 minute walk to Flagler Ave. 1 minute to the beach. Sorry that seemed long to you. We were happy to hear you were comfortable during your stay. We offer a golf cart rental We would love to have you again. Maybe that would help get you around more. Come back and visit.

NO TV worked and Olympics were on. Had to buy new you tube tv subscription. Two seat chair on enclosed patio had the left back leg rotten. First morning got up an went to starbucks for coffee. Sat down and flipped over backwards. Spilled hot coffee on myself and bruised my wrist and fingers. No

Hi was surprised about your review. You called our office and I explained the TV. It's a Roku and you needed to put in your personal information in the guest mode and it's free for a week every channel you could have used. You were not staying longer than that. Almost all rentals have that now. I also gave you the login to my own personal FUBO which had all the Olympics on it bc after the 3rd phone call you still sounded confused. I asked you if you were all set and you said yes. If you had said no I would have sent someone over to show you how to use the TV. The chair we had maintenance check and it wasn't rotten. They determined it was the weight on it that broke it. The owners replaced it without charging you. We never got a call about anything after your first arrival and the 3 calls on the TV. We hope you had a nice time here and will try us again down the road.
