Beautiful beach house with all the amenities you can wish for!
Spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen and modern granite and tile bathrooms
Sliding glass doors open to a spacious back yard with a hammock, grill and patio and gas fire pit.
The house is within walking distance to tiki bars, restaurants, shops, Flager Ave and a short golf cart club ride to Canal Street.
Cape Canaveral National Seashore is just a few miles south on A1A and has pristine beaches with nice seashells. Also, a shuttle goes off almost weekly. Disney is less than an hour away.
I will meet you upon arrival with the keys and show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Small dogs are considered. Must be crated (crate provided) when you are not home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take garbage to the street in bags when leaving and Sunday night and Wednesday night. You can leave the garbage can in the garage. Please start a load of linens in the washer. Thank you
Cleanup instuctions for kitchen is posted on the refrigerator. Please make sure all beach chairs, toys, etc are rinsed off. Thank you Please make sure any dog droppings are picked up and disposed of.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No second or third party bookings. Rental contract to be signed and sent back within 3 days. Owner reserves right to inspect property
Owner is not responsible for loss of property or personal injuries. Max of three cars in front Shared driveway to be kept clear.
Any excessive cleaning time or washing of linens may be taken from damage deposit. Bath towels to be laundered as used. Washer and dryer provided.

Fantastic accommodations! The house had everything we needed and our family was very comfortable here. We celebrated my niece's 10th birthday, a belated Christmas and also New Year's, and really enjoyed the proximity to Flagler & Canal Streets, Publix, and the beach! Anne was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great house in a great spot. Everything was clean and tidy the rooms are nice sized and being just a block from the beach was amazing. Owner communicates very well and was obviously concerned about providing a great property. Five stars from us.

The location was perfect, across the street from Beach and close to all the restaurants and shopping. Great outdoor entertaining area with both a wood and gas firepit. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The house was very clean and the beds and linems were comfy and cozy. The golfcart was definetly worth it and we used it everyday! Host had impeccable communication. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Terrific location. House is very quiet, great windows which we opened for fresh air. The house was well stocked with paper products cooking utensils and everything needed for a nice getaway. A plus was the bikes. I'm 60 and can't believe I have never biked on the beach...fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. Also, within a short walk to Norwoods, The Garlic and of course beach is across street with nice cross walk.

We stayed at the Salty Pelican place for a mini stay vacation with family, and it was wonderful! It's a really nice house - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, catering to all your needs inside and out, whether you're at home or looking to enjoy the beach! This home had everything we needed for our family getaway with our young adult children. Check In was easy and the place was very clean and spacious. We loved the short walk to the beach along with the bike beach rides and the water boards to ride the waves. The canopy tent came in very handy at the beach! We spent days at the beach and came back to chill as a family in the eve at the house. Multiple grocery store options were just a short drive away. We have nothing but positive to say about this house and the very accommodating Host! All was perfect!
