The view of the ocean was wonderful. Open the sliding doors and the sound of the waves was enchanting. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Great setup for a family. Lot of beach towels, easy access to a very nice pool and hot tub. Parking was easy and the location was excellent for shopping.

The condo was very large and the lication was amazing. We had coffee on the patio every morning which overlooks the pool snd ocean. The place was very clean with well stocked kitchen snd linens. The master bedroom was cery large and there were plenty of linens and towels. The condo isxa short drive to the Flagler Beach district and other lical attractions. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place! Very clean and quiet. Had all amenities needed. Very secure with quick access to the property and beach area. This unit had covered parking which was nice, but only made for smaller car or minivan. Plenty of additional parking for larger vehicles. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful Condo in a great location! The kitchen had everything you could need and the beds were adequate. The laundry room was stocked with lots of beach towels and linens. There were many beach umbrellas but no beach chairs which was disappointing since you are right on the beach. But to be fair they do not advertise having beach chairs. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I would highly recommend this place, the apartment is right on the beach in probably one of the best luxury building in NSB. It is very well maintained with everything you need and has an awesome views of the beach from both the balcony, living room and master bedroom. You could not ask for better amenities in this luxury property, covered parking, gym, tennis, hot tub, heated pool, and direct access to the beach. We spent our days walking the beach and enjoying the pool. As a couple the place was plenty big and has beds to sleep 6. Great Ocean Condos made the rental process easy. Beautiful Views

This unit has fresh & modern beach vibes with beautiful views of the pool, beach & ocean. The whole backside is sliding glass doors that open from the great room & master suite. The grounds are very well maintained with secured parking, the pool was clean and beach access easy & secure and even offer a place to wash off your feet and shoes before returning to the pool area. The unit has ample kitchen amenities as well as a laundry room to make your stay comfortable. Responses were quick to online submitted questions, and the staff on the property were helpful and sweet. Would definitely consider rebooking!

Beautiful place

We have been in Ebb Tide before but not in this condo. This is a large unit and really suites our family of 5 ( 18,16,14 years old ). We were a little bit disappointed as they converted the tennis court to a parking lot keeping a small area for a pickel ball court. The condos has all the amenities you are looking for cooking and a few games for the rainy days! IT comes also with beach chairs and toys. Very satisfied again. Ebb Tide is a high end well manicured place.

Can't wait to go back!

My friend and I stayed here and didn't want to leave! Relaxing doesn't begin to describe it. It's so convenient being located right on the beach, with a nice little pit stop at the pool on your walk from the condo to the sand. The covered parking space is right by the elevator which makes unloading easy. The design of the buildings allows for maximum afternoon sunshine without shadows. The gated entrance requiring a passcode makes it feel extra safe. We enjoyed the on property gym and even going for a long run on the beach. The inside of the condo has everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and comfortable living room area. I took a few lazy naps on the comfy couch. :) The view of the beach from the living room and master bedroom are out of this world beautiful. Watching the sunrise over the beach was something I'll never forget! Everyone we encountered on the property was very nice. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, with great information about local restaurants. I can't recommend this rental highly enough. Heaven in NSB!

This property is perfect, located on one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast of Florida. We have enjoyed this location for many years, our children have grown up here and learned to swim in this pool. There is nothing better then Ebbtide in our opinion. This unit was recently renovated and accommodates our family of 5 perfectly with 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths. The unit if very clean and well equipped. The views are spectacular. We love sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and watching the dolphins pass by during the day. The complex is very well maintained and offers an amazing pool, hot tub, and grills for outdoor grilling and dining. The perfect home away from home.

What a Great Stay we had.. Freshly reno'd unit and the beach in New Smyrna was to put it simply , Perfect.. My wife and are both in Real Estate and we see a lot of properties on a daily basis.. This unit shows AAA. The Owners should be complimented on the work they did in this unit.. The Ebb Group Condo ownership also did a perfect job with the maintenance of the whole complex.. Extra super clean and very friendly.. The only reason I did not want to say anything good about this stay was because I will re book and hope that it will not be hard to get this unit again lol.. Thanks again, Pride of ownership and Ebb Group job well done.

We arrived at Ebb Tide at 4:05 and the housekeepers were still there...they were so nice however they felt rushed and were so sorry they were running late. the unit is very nice..the layout a little odd and the master bathroom had a lot of wasted space. the view was amazing! There were not enough towels for a week's stay and only 1 kitchen towel! It was not a big deal to purchase laundry detergent but did feel that if it was a requirement to wash the beach towels before departure that one load of detergent be provided. the sofa was perfect size for the room and for the 4 of us...however the fabric felt very sandy all of the time...maybe not the best choice of fabric for the beach. the sliding glass door in the master was stuck..but again the view was amazing and the sliders in the family room were good. overall liked the unit a lot...however have stayed in as nice with a view (although not as amazing as this one!) for less money.

Enjoyed our visit and will return. The cleaning crew was late cleaning which caused us to wait 2 hrs before entering the unit. The unit needs more bath towels as well as kitchen towels. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives!
