Free WI-FI & Cable. THIS BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW VACATION RENTAL IS STEPS TO THE BEACH! AND A WALK TO FLAGLER AVE. It offers all you could ask for in a top Beach Vacation Rental and the location. It is steps away from the beach access on 3rd Ave. This vacation rental offers views of the ocean from the living room and outside patio area. The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfy couches ones a queen sleeper for 2 extra guests and nicely cushioned chairs to relax and watch the gas fireplace or a movie on the large Flat screen TV. If you love to cook the fully loaded kitchen has everything you could desire and offers plenty of counter space and a nice granite counter top island with seating for 3 to enjoy company while you prepare a beautiful dinner as well as more seating at the kitchen table. The outside front porch has plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze, and also dine outside.
Off of the living room and kitchen is a convenient half bath, as well as the oversized, large master suite which has vaulted tray ceilings, Flatscreen TV & an ensuite full bath. The 2nd bedroom offers twin beds and a TV, nice bureau's, plenty of closet space and coastal decorating the 3rd bedroom has a king size be, TV and the full bath between each bedroom in the hallway. The utility room with front loading washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor along with the 2 and 3rd bedrooms and offers plenty of room to fold and sort laundry.Extra sleeping on a new pullout couch in living room SLEEPS 2 and extra cot beds and blowup beds AVAILABLE FOR children The private garage and driveway have plenty of room for 5 vehicles if needed. This house is beautiful inside and out with ocean and beach views. There is a propane grill 2 new beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and kids beach toys. The Beach access is steps away and takes care of that to enjoy the peaceful, serene ocean. If you would like to rent a golf cart we also offer that please just ask .Come on down relax, and enjoy a great beach vacation. We would love to have you. If you have a pet their is a pet fee and pet rules we also need to know the breed.
If you would like to rent an electric golf cart we can offer at a discounted price if you have your license & car insurance and are over 25. Geico does not offer.

Beautiful week at the beach

Lovely home. If I had any issues, there are a lot of stairs. House was very clean, incredible location. 2 minute walk to the beach.Everything was accurate to the listing.

Beach Dream

This beautiful beach home is a dream come true to stay in! So spacious yet cozy, equipped with everything you could ask for, and SO close to the beach, Our family has enjoyed two stays here and would love to again! Nice ocean views from the front porch too!

New Smyrna Beach

We really like the house and location and have stayed here several times. Beach access is close and a very short walk from the house. The house is very clean, and the hosts are easy to contact if any issues arise. If you are looking for a place for a nice family vacation, we highly recommend this place.

Location, Location, Location

This is a beautiful newer beach house in the most convenient location to beach, restaurants and shopping. An extra bonus is the upstairs front porch with a partial view of the ocean which I wasn’t expecting being that other houses are between this house and the beach. We loved the quick access to the beach just a few steps away and the walkability to Flagler Ave, Publix, many restaurants and shopping. We rented a gulf cart for beach driving to the north end jetty and Canal Street but without the cart we could have still walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Our car stayed in the garage the entire stay making a truly relaxing stay. As others have stated most of the house is upstairs which may be something for some to consider, but if that is not an issue then you can’t go wrong with this rental which was clean and very well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. It is hard to find pet friendly beach rentals that our as nice as this one. We will definitely be back.

Best at the Beach!!!

Our granddaughter’s only request for her 18th birthday was to spend it at the beach with our family, and this was the PERFECT spot to make her wish come true! It is beautiful, spacious, tastefully beachy, comfortable, and well equipped for your every need! And SO close to the beach! We made a GREAT memory there, and plan to go back in a month with more family!

Wonderful Property and Location

The home itself was very nice, well appointed and extremely clean. It is also in a great location, which is close to the beach and many local attractions, dining and activities. Best of all, the property managers are communicative and responsive to any problems that may arise during the stay. This rental comes highly recommended.

Beautiful home

Great Stay and Would Stay Again!

Wonderful property for family gathering! Beautifully decorated, airy, comes fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom is a dream! It even has an office area. We loved cooking together, watching movies together and eating breakfasts on the front porch. The beach being right around the corner was amazing...only a short walk over. We didn't want to leave! Only note to future guests is there are many stairs on the property so if someone is elderly or has limited capabilities please make sure they are able to get up and down safely.

VRBO is the only way to go!

We renting this home in New Smyrna Beach and it was simply fantastic! The space, it’s location, beautifully decorated, full amenities.....the list goes on and on. Beats a hotel hands down. Wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful house and beautiful setting

House was as shown in the pictures. Lovely and close to everything. Property manager Cindy got us all squared away and had lots of suggestions for our visit. A wonderful experience.

Labor day weekend

We only booked the house on Hill St for 3 nights. We were soooo sorry we didn't plan for a full week!! House, location and communication were just excellent! Could not have asked for more. The house is lovely and fully equipped . We'll definitely send our friends! Thank you many times over.

Fantastic long weekend

We had so much fun! The house was great and generously appointed with linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and beach gear! The kitchen was well equipped too with baggies, foil, spices, coffee, etc. We brought our pups with us which was such a treat…there’s a convenient hose outside for washing off sandy beach gear and pups!! Overall a super great stay! We would definitely rent again!!

Special family time

Beautiful place and loved the front porch. Had a great time to celebrate Mother’s Day. The only issue was an ant problem. Found tiny ants throughout the house. I figured it was due to the house being built across the street.

Everything We Expected Plus More

This was our family's first time to stay at a different location for our usual annual beach trip to NSB! It did NOT disappoint! We loved the spaciousness and ammenities the property offered, especially the convenience to the beach. The house was perfect and we all had a wonderful stay. My favorite part was how well stocked the house was with plenty of linens, items in the kitchen, and beach chairs/ toys. The only thing I would change is the water pressure was quite puny for such a grand house. Overall, we will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Location

It was advertised on the beach with a view. The view is of a house being built right in front of us. WOrkmen that started at 7:30 am. THe only outdoor seating was looking at them. Disapointed we were not told until the week we were coming that there was a house being built right in front of us.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at the Salty Turtle. Cindy was easy to connect with to get set up and booked. Great location!! The house is beautiful— had a fully stocked kitchen and lots of linens for the bedrooms/ bathrooms. You could see the ocean from the porch and it was nice for a partial view of the sunrise. We also were lucky enough to catch 2 rocket launches from the front porch during our stay. Lots of great stuff for the entire family — from puzzles, beach toys, board games, books, etc. We ranged from ages 4 to 86 and all enjoyed. The steps were little steep and hard to see at night for the older folks but that was the only challenge. 2 minor things that may complete the stay for other guests as well: to have a box fan that can be stored in one of the many closest and to have a drying rack for beach stuff to dry. We really had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!
