Beach side New Smyrna

Excellent location! Across the street from beach, very clean. Swim spa was wonderful. Close to Flagler Ave and restaurants.

Great Ocean getaway

Our 5-day spring break was mostly enjoyable, but the advertised swim spa/pool was unusable for the first three days due to cleanliness and a tripped breaker (resulting from servicing). We resolved the breaker issue ourselves after a delayed response from management. While the pool was great for the last two days, the initial problem significantly impacted our stay. We also noted some dirty dishes and a slow-draining tub. The driveway entrance is somewhat hazardous, though the back driveway is a good alternative. The ocean proximity and house layout were excellent. We requested a discount for the pool issue but received no follow-up. If resolved, we'd consider returning.

Amazing place! It may not be the newest place on the beach but it’s nice and cozy and clean. Short walk to the beach and a short drive anywhere else you may want to go. Rental company and owners were very communicative and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
