This beautiful beach front home is the perfect getaway to reconnect with family and friends. Sleeps up to 9 guests (9th sleeping area is a twin bed loft in the queen bedroom). The main living area has a large open floor plan allowing for everyone to gather together in the same space without feeling crowded or confined. Enjoy the luxury retro Italian Hallman gas stove top with electric oven for cooking all you favorite meals. The entire east face of the building is full windows, showcasing a breathtaking panoramic view of the beach and the waves beyond. To access the beach simply grab your towel and walk 3 steps down from the back patio to the white powdered sands of New Smyrna Beach. After a fun filled day of sand and surf, rinse off in the outdoor shower and kick back on the spacious patio with your favorite drink. Observant guests may have the incredible experience of watching momma sea turtles laying their eggs, or baby sea turtles emerging from the sand to scuttle off into the ocean, under the moonlight, depending upon the time of year you book!

Amazing house and location

This house is gorgeous. The decorations are spectacular. Felt like we were visiting in a 5 star resort. Beautifully decorated with thought-out details. The house is directly on the beach. You open the door and walk right onto the sand. The morning sunrise is spectacular from inside the house or at your back door. It's very close to Flagler Ave and many restaurants. Everything worked perfectly. Large washer and dryer. Beach towels for everyone to use. Portable fire-pit for evening relaxation. Bathrooms are all creatively designed as is the entire house. So many beautiful details. Our family had an amazing time there and will forever have special memories at this beautiful beach house. Thank you.

Awesome beach house!

We recently stayed at this house for a week. The location of the house is directly on the beach. When we arrived were met by the host, Natasja who welcomed gave us a quick tour. My wife couldn't get over how cute all the decorations were. The views from the house were beautiful, especially at sunrise. You don't need to leave the couch to see an amazing sunrise. I loved how easy it was to either spend time on the back patio or walk a few steps to our beach setup. It made the beach vacation much easier. The house is located just minutes from Flagler so getting to all the restaurants and shopping was very close. We felt the house we stocked with everything we needed. However, I would suggest bringing your own beach chairs. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful, relaxing beach house!

The location, the ocean/beach views, and the beach house itself were wonderful! Loved that we were able to sit outside or in the kitchen and main living space with a cup of coffee and see the ocean and sunrise! Very clean, comfortable home with cozy beds, well-appointed kitchen, and an enjoyable and beautiful space for our family to hang out in! Also, this home is an easy and pleasant walk to the fun Flagler Ave strip.

Family Vacation

We had a nice time at the Sandcastle home. Has everything you need for a quick getaway. Flagler ave close enough to walk to but not so close that your in the middle of it all. Home is set on a quiet street.
