Welcome home to your Coastal Casa. This recently updated home is a ten minute walk or two minute golf cart ride to 27th Ave beach access. This home offers a split level layout with two living rooms, plenty of room for sharing with family and friends. Relax in your outdoor personal oasis with a screened in heated pool and spa. This property is 2.5 miles to the famous Flagler Ave. to enjoy restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are four bedrooms and two full baths. Full size washer and dryer. Walking and bike trails across the street. Seeking longer-term tenant to share annually in six month increments, or monthly tenant. All electric, water, internet, and cable are included. Pool and spa gas heat usage may be billed separately. Rates and terms are negotiable.

Fantastic

The home is exactly as described. The kitchen is fully outfitted with excellent cookware. The location is fabulous. We loved the backyard and the pool area. It is very private and quiet. We were able to see two rocket launches from the street!
