FAMILY FRIENDLY AND STEPS TO THE BEACH

Bring your Family down to the Beach! You are just steps away from surfing, swimming, sand castles, and SUN!

Hacienda del Sol 1 # 505 has been completely transformed! The kitchen has new cabinets with under cabinet lighting, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Everything you need, from a can opener to a crock pot! Master Bedroom has a King-Sized Adjustable bed with comfortable mattress and cozy bedding, large dresser, 38" flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. Master Bath has newer tile throughout, tall cabinetry and quartz counter top, chair height wc, full tile shower with glass door. Guest Bedroom sleeps four with a full size bed, a twin bunk, and a twin trundle bed. Includes a TV for DVD viewing. There is also a pack 'n play, and an inflatable toddler bed for the little ones. Dining area has a shabby chic kitchen set with six chairs, and a leaf for seating two more. Living Room has two recliners, a queen sofa bed, and a 50" flat screen TV with Cable and Netflix, and of course, WIFI is included!! Guest bath has a full tub, cabinet with granite counter top, chair height wc. Additional storage in Utility Closet. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Blow driers are included in the baths. Towels, Beach Towels, beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards, and umbrella's are all provided for you! Just bring your sunscreen and bathing suits!

Hacienda del Sol 1 is a smaller condo complex on the non-driving part of the beach. It has two pools, one heated, and a kiddie pool for children. The management are friendly and helpful.
The Cabana provides an area for larger parties, and there are grills for guest use. There are laundry rooms on each floor, also for guest use.
Activities are planned throughout the week that you can sign up for, bingo, bunco, yoga. etc. Folks are friendly, and the management keeps you feeling very safe.

There is shopping right across the street, with a grocery store, liquor store, two restaurants, nail salon, and several other stores - everything you could need!

Plenty to do in the area, with many great restaurants, shopping on Flagler Avenue, beach walking, bike riding, rental of boats, jet skis, kayaks close by. Fish right on the beach!

If you want to venture out, Disney, Sea World, Universal are only an hour away The Kennedy Space Center is 35 minutes, and it's 20 minutes to Daytona Beach.

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was perfect for our family of four, two couples. The location was incredible, right on the beach. Sandra had beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys for us to use which was great.

This is a clean well stocked and thoughtfully decorated condo. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything you needed for the beach. The condo looks updated, well decorated and cozy. The complex is small and quiet.and has a responsive manager.
