Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to Sunrise Paradise, our beautifully decorated, Top Floor corner unit (the best location) overlooking pool. Direct Ocean Front, Corner Condo with views of the Beach, Pool and Intracoastal Waterways. Fresh new linens, fully equipped kitchen, best dining views from this condo! Professionally decorated with very clean, neat, comfortable furnishings. This 6th floor corner condo does not have anyone above creating a peaceful and quiet environment.

All of our condos come standard with the Florida Vacay Rentals amenities that you've come to know and love:

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo, along with a starter kit of essentials: Laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, packaged kitchen sponge, trash bags, and hand soap. These items are provided in a limited quantity to get you started on your Vacay. We do not replenish or restock starter kit items after the quantity provided has been used.

Cozy beach condo

Check is was a total breeze they just gave us a code to use for the door and that was it! The condo was beautiful everything was nice and clean and comfy. Plus it was just a great location. The kitchen was spotless and had everything you would need to take care of a family during your stay. We will come back again. Our family had an amazing time!

Wonderful long weekend getaway

Excellent location for those wanting a peaceful experience away from the crowds. Condo was lovely, clean, well appointed. Wraparound balcony provided incredible views of the ocean.

Fabulous Stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend and despite the terrible weather, we had a wonderful visit. Excellently appointed and beautifully decorated. Gorgeous oceanfront view as well. We will be back!!

Fantastic stay

We enjoyed a nice getaway to the beach! The condo was clean and fully stocked with all we needed. Beautiful views and great beach access. Kids loved the pool- even on overcast December days! Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Great way to Vacay

This property is amazing and the ease of checking in and out rocked. I am not certain I want to give away our secret vacay place because I want to be able to continue to book it. lol This is our second year booking it and we will book again next year unless we buy one of our own Totally would stay again!

Comfortable Oceanfront Condo

Everything needed for a beach getaway. The property was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable and had a direct ocean view. The grounds were well maintained as well as the pool. Beach chairs and umbrella and fun water toys were available. The location was far enough away from the busy section of New Smyrna Beach to feel relaxing and unhurried. It met all our expectations.

Great Condo.

It was a great condo. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nicely renovated. Fridge and AC both worked great. We had some small issues but they were taken care of promptly. If you rent from this company, do it directly from their website to save some VRBO fees.

Perfect getaway

We just got home and miss the shore already! The condo was even nicer than the pictures. It was spotless and so comfortable in every way. The kitchen was totally equipped for cooking. We were steps from the pool and beach. We were less than 5 miles from Norwood’s Treehouse and The Garlic restaurants. It was a perfect little getaway. We hope to visit again soon.

Everything We Imagined

Thank you for an awesome home away from home in New Smyrna Beach. The accommodations were amazing. The condo was very spacious and provided enough room for 4 people. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were provided with everything we needed from items for the beach to a kitchen that accommodated us at mealtime. When we come back to New Smyrna, we will definitely stay at this location. Thank you for amazing accommodations!

Great Beachfront Condo

Terrific 6th floor condo with amazing views and convenient check in process. On the no-drive beach and close to the state park at the end of the island. Only criticism is there were no potholders and only one dish towel so we bought some for our stay. Otherwise, well appointed.

Amazing peaceful place

We booked this place kinda last minute and I am so glad we did. This place was so amazing. The back porch was like a sanctuary. The reclining couches were so comfortable and the beds were the same. The building has been renovated and is very clean. Everything you need for a nice beach getaway. We will definitely save this one as one of our favorites and return. Thx for such a pleasant visit.
