Beautiful woodgrain tile is throughout the condo giving the space a light and airy feeling. The living room and dining area flow seamlessly together allowing families plenty of room to converse. In the living room you will relax in a sleek leather sectional while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen cable TV or gazing at the beach below. Additional modern-styled chairs round out this comfy space. Directly off the living room is a private balcony with views of the beach both North and South. Outdoor furnishings allow for dining al fresco or sipping your morning coffee.

The dining room has a table with seats for four and offers amazing views of the waves while dining. An open kitchen bar with two stools gives additional seating or is the perfect spot to grab a quick snack before heading to the beach or pool.

In the open and updated kitchen, you will find sleek counter tops, stainless steel appliances and modern cabinetry. It is fully equipped with cookware, glassware, dishes and utensils so you can easily prepare all your home-cooked favorites.

This two-bedroom condo can comfortable sleep seven with a primary bedroom hosting a king size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, large dresser and private entrance to the balcony. Plantain shutters open up to amazing views of the beach right from the comfort of your bed. The spacious primary bathroom is nicely updated with wooden vanity, shower and standard bath tub.

The second bedroom has a queen and a twin daybed. This is the perfect room for teenagers or large families. The guest bathroom is also beautifully updated with a standard bath tub, shower, wooden vanity with storage and large glass mirror.

The condo provides free WIFI, cable and plush linens and towels for each guest.

Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
