In the living room you will find a comfy couch and loveseat, as well as an oversized saucer chair, perfect for curling up with a great book. A large flat-screen cable TV is available to watch your favorite shows, or head out to your private balcony via the living room glass doors to enjoy beautiful sunrises, breathtaking views of the beach and nightly star-gazing.

The dining room is conveniently located between the living room and kitchen and handsomely furnished with a rectangular table that seats six. The open kitchen is just steps away making meal serving a breeze. It is fully equipped with all the essentials such as: cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils and much more.

When ready to retire, this two-bedroom condo has ample room for four. The primary bedroom has a brand new king bed, large flat-screen cable TV, leather chaise lounge, plenty of drawer space and amazing views of the ocean with access to the private balcony. The updated primary bath has a walk-in shower, vanity and linen closet.

The second bedroom hosts two twin beds, attractive bedding, flat-screen cable TV, and large dresser for your personals. The guest bathroom is close by and offers a standard bathtub, shower, clean white vanity and large mirror.

Free WIFI, plush linens, beach towels and other beach equipment are available for your use.

About Oceania Plaza

Oceania Plaza is an oceanfront complex that's walking distance from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. This complex boasts of a sundeck and pool, which is heated during the winter months, located directly on the beautiful Central Atlantic coastline. With lounge chairs lining the pool deck, and permanent dining tables surrounded by a small green lawn facing the ocean, you can choose to bask in the warm Florida sun around the pool or take your meals picnic style as you watch the waves roll in.

Each unit at Oceania Plaza provides expansive beach and ocean views. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen. Coin operated laundry facilities are located within the complex. Located on the driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy long walks, shell hunting, sand castle building, and games of catch. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. You will also find a small arcade and a computer available for printing in the recreation room.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
