What a beautiful place to call home for the week. Check in didn’t go as planned but the condo manager and owner made up for it. We felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay. Great view of pool and beach. Definitely will stay there again.

This is the ideal place to stay for a beach vacation. Being on the ground floor and just steps from the ocean is priceless! Everything was perfect….. view, comfort, supplies provided, communication, and price! We will be back!

Our family has vacationed at Shore Villas for 47 years. This condo is situated at the pool stairs, with a view of the ocean. The property is maintained well.

Wonderful beach stay for our family.

This is a great place to stay! Its ground level location overlooking the pool and the ocean makes for an excellent stay. It was perfect for my family, especially our two young children. The condo was well stocked with essentials for the kitchen, laundry, and bath, including multi use shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms. New owner, Rhonda was a great host and good communicator. Would stay here again!

FAMILY VACATION 2024

It was a very nice condo, the perfect size for us and we loved that it was on the ground floor. You could walk right out of the condo to the pool and the beach. The condo had everything you would need and lots of beach toys for the kids. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely go again!

NSB Gem!

Immediate access to pool and beach from this first floor treasure! Worth every penny we saved to make this vacation happen. No cars on this portion of beach. Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped! A wonderful spot.

Hidden Gem

It's a great place to stay. Working with Rhonda was great and the manager Sam was very helpful with any needs. The pool was right as you walked out the patio with the ocean just a few steps away. The place was very clean and had all required essentials. We will definitely be back. .

Absolutely loved it.

Your place is so nice, easy to get to. location to the pool and beach is just perfect, property manager Sam is very knowledgeable and friendly, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Seoond time to rent was just as good as the first

This is truly one of our favorite places to stay in NSB. This is our second time renting this condo, and we will definitely be back. The pool is right outside your door, and the beach is only few steps away. The condo location is close to area restaurants and shops, but it is also in a very quiet area of NSB. The condo has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family of four. Rhonda is also a great host and very responsive to messages.

Great view and great location in NSB

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The ocean and pool are steps away from the condo, and the view allowed us to enjoy our meals while watching the waves roll in. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay in NSB. The beds were super comfy, and having a washer and dryer in unit was a definite plus. Check in was very easy, and Rhonda was great at communicating with us. We also loved the location of the condo as it on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was close to everything we wanted to do, yet it was far enough down Atlantic to feel that we were a little more secluded. We would definitely come back.
