About this property
Ocean + River Views - Pool & Pickleball - 2BR Daytona Beach Shores Escape
## Summary
Top-floor unit, quiet location, and a view guests keep raving about — location really is everything here. We're local, hands-on owners who treat your stay like the vacation it should be. Expect a check-in or two during your visit just to make sure everything's going smoothly and you have what you need — beyond that, the privacy and the view are all yours.
Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome, and two free parking spots are included. Being on the top floor means front-row seats to sunrise over the Atlantic each morning and a golden sunset over the Halifax River each evening — perfect for an evening drink on the balcony (you might even make a few new friends). There's no shortage of things to see and do in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores and the surrounding area, including Ponce Inlet and Port Orange. Come enjoy our beautiful condo — we promise you won't be sorry.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to five: a California king bed in the master, a bunk bed with a queen-size lower bunk in the guest room, and a sofa bed in the living room. Both bathrooms include a shower and hair dryer. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV, a dehumidifier, an iron and ironing board, and beach and pool toys plus a beach wagon to make trips to the sand effortless. Experience the magic of Daytona Beach at our delightful condo, managed by Ball Park Francks, LLC.
## The Space
This condo has a style all its own — fully furnished, freshly stocked, and thoughtfully laid out to comfortably sleep a family of five. Located directly across the street from the World-Famous Daytona Beach and just a short walk from the Halifax River, it's a true hidden gem.
**Please note:** this condo requires a minimum 5-night stay.
We're new owners who've recently refreshed the condo with new decor and new TVs throughout — an 85" TV in the living room, a 50" TV in the master bedroom, and a 42" TV in the guest room.
**Please note:** this building was constructed prior to the Americans with Disabilities Act. There are no ramps, and guests will need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the lobby.
This spacious, fully remodeled condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The quiet complex includes a gazebo, tennis and pickleball courts, and a shuffleboard court, so there's plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the east-facing balcony, then catch the sunset over the Halifax River from the west balcony — two incredible views, one condo.
## The Neighborhood
Florida's most famous beach town is steeped in auto-racing history and lore, but a vacation in Daytona Beach offers far more than world-class beaches and the need for speed. Slow down for cultural attractions, lively riverside neighborhoods, pedestrian-friendly promenades, and a festival calendar that runs year-round.
Daytona Beach is known for a handful of unique attractions and claims to fame:
- **Motorsports history** — Known as the "Birthplace of NASCAR," Daytona Beach has deep ties to auto racing. Early races were held on its hard-packed sand, and today the iconic Daytona International Speedway hosts the annual Daytona 500, the premier event in stock car racing. - **The "World's Most Famous Beach"** — Daytona Beach earned this nickname for its 23 miles of wide, hard-packed sandy shore, where visitors can still drive in designated areas. - **Jackie Robinson's legacy** — Daytona Beach was the site of Jackie Robinson's first integrated professional baseball game in 1946, an important moment in both sports and civil rights history. - **Bike Week and Biketoberfest** — The city hosts Daytona Bike Week, one of the world's largest motorcycle rallies, drawing hundreds of thousands of riders each year, along with the popular fall event, Biketoberfest. - **Outdoor activities** — Surfing, parasailing, paddleboarding, and fishing are all close at hand, along with scenic views along the Halifax River. - **Family-friendly attractions** — The Daytona Beach Pier and Boardwalk offers arcades, restaurants, and rides, and nearby Daytona Lagoon Waterpark adds even more fun. - **Arts and culture** — Cultural landmarks include the Museum of Arts & Sciences (MOAS) and the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art, home to the world's largest collection of Florida art.
Daytona Beach uniquely blends history, adventure, and relaxation, making it a favorite for travelers of every age. You're steps from the sand and minutes from your next Daytona Beach adventure.
