One driveway parking space is available.

The garage is reserved for the golf cart. For parking additional vehicles, the HOA requires vehicles to be parked in the gravel street spaces on the South side of the community. Included is a 6-seater golf cart and 4 bicycles for your convenience.

To drive golf cart, you must be 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and driver’s license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity at no additional cost.

The property was grest, very spacious and the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the main living room. Kitchen was fully equipped. The new golf cart was perfect for driving around the area. We would stay at this location again.
