The apartment is nicely remodeled, updated, furnished, and clean. It is a great location - 10 minutes or less to museums, downtown, med center, and Galleria. The neighborhood is revitalizing with beautiful townhomes but still has a way to go. The parking area is fenced.I would visit again!
This home was very easy access for us near the medical center, which we had to be. Beds super comfy. House very clean. The owners where always available and checked on us from time to time, (Went above and beyond)

Upon arriving at the property, I found that the apartment had a strong, persistent musty and damp odor. The condition was concerning enough that we could not sleep there and had to leave and obtain alternative accommodation.I immediately raised the issue with the property owner. The owner stated that the air conditioner had recently been serviced and was operating properly, but that did not address or resolve the strong musty/damp condition inside the apartment. I was not willing to have my family remain in an apartment with a potential moisture or mold problem. This concern was particularly serious because my daughter recently underwent surgery to remove a cancerous tumor, and I was not willing to expose her to a potentially unhealthy environment. We therefore had no reasonable choice but to relocate.I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the property owner and requested a refund, but the owner refused. I am also seeking resolution through the rental platform.
We stayed here while receiving medical treatment, so cleanliness was especially important to us. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the property was not clean. There were noticeable crumbs and dirt throughout the home. The property manager was responsive and brought a vacuum the next day, which we appreciated. However, the first vacuum was broken and had no suction. A second vacuum was provided, but it wasn't charged and only worked for about five minutes, so we were still unable to properly clean the space. The home also had a strong mold or mildew smell throughout our stay, which was particularly concerning given the reason for our visit. The biggest positive was the location—it was incredibly convenient and very close to the hospital, which made getting to appointments much easier. I hope the cleanliness and odor issues are addressed because the location itself is excellent.
