The house is located a 10-minute walk from the main square, and also features several gardens and green areas. Its greatest attraction is the Tea House, where you can enjoy a cup of tea and relax while listening to the water from a small waterfall. The property is completely furnished for you to enjoy Villa de Leyva while staying in a cozy and safe place in the La Palma neighborhood. Perfect for a group of friends, solo travelers, or small families.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home as if it were their own, cook some food, read a book in the living room, work from home, or simply watch Netflix while staying in our house and getting to know Villa de Leyva. The property is located in the La Palma neighborhood, one of the safest and most luxurious areas in Villa de Leyva, just 10 minutes from the main square.

The house does not have private parking; however, cars can be left on the street without any problem.
