This unique property is approximately one mile down a country road through a working ranch. There is an electric gate with a code. The tiny homes have one bedroom with a king bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, television and dining area. Lots of out door space to play games, relax, swim and fish. Hosts are available to help with your enjoyment. Sunset Bay is a few miles from the tiny community of Olivia and a few miles from the tiny community of Port Alto. There is a boat ramp in Olivia available to the public. Olivia is on the Great Texas Birding Trail. The small Haterius State Park is a few miles away and also has a public boat ramp. There is a new Dollar General store approximately 6 miles away. The closest convenience store is also approximately 6 miles away for beer, wine, ice, bait, fishing supplies, etc. Fishville Trading Post is the nearest restaurant and is 14 miles from Sunset Bay. A larger assortment of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc are found in Port Lavaca and Palacios (15 miles). Seadrift, Rockport, Port O’connor and Victoria are all within about 1 hr.
