Property is not on the beach as advertised. You’d have to walk to the resort next to the property to access a so called beach which is just a patch of sand and there is a fee to access, not worth it won’t pay a single centavo. I booked this property mostly to have beach access and to do activities in Cebu, Oslob swim with the whale shark and Kawasan falls adventure, booked it with the property owner which was very nice and convenient. My complaint is with Expedia and VRBO to validate listing to rid off misrepresentation.

Perfect Getaway

Overall, this property has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean from the masters and living room is perfect. The restaurant and beach has an easy access and other restaurants can be reached by tricycle . The transfer and drop off to and from the airport is on time. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you to Girly and Abraham for the good service. I will definitely recommend this luxury condo.
