Only minutes from Downtown Everett, Rocky Springs Manor offers you the peace & tranquility of the mountains & forest, but allows you the conveninece of town, restuarants, & things to do only minutes away. This gorgeous cabin sits on 275 acres of mountain land offering you the perfect getaway for you & your loved ones.

Rocky Springs Manor offers plenty of space for you & your family and friends. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, & many appliances to make cooking easy & efficient. The cupboards also hold dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, pots, pans, & cooking utensils. The living area is flooded with natural light and boasts a comfy sectional couch around a working gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed & a closet for hanging & storing clothes. There is a spacious full bathroom on the main floor with a tub/shower, a toilet, & a double sink. You’ll also find toys, books, and games for all ages–perfect low-key entertainment after a long day of exploring. To encourage a more family-oriented environment, the Rocky Springs Manor does not have any TVs. We appreciate the value of quality family time.
Upstairs we have two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and a 3rd bedroom/ loft with a single bed plus a trundle and a twin over full bunkbed. The 2 bedrooms are accessed through this 3rd bedroom.
The 2nd bathroom is in the basement and has a toilet and a tub/shower. The basement has a large open area for games and activities, including ping pong & cornhole (plus you are welcome to bring your own games)a laundry room, and a sleeper sofa.
Outside there is a large wraparound porch with a comfy sectional wicker patio set plus a table & chairs for eating or relaxing. The gas grill is found on the porch as well & is available for guest use. There is a new pickleball & basketball court in front of the house. There is plenty of outdoor grass area for games such as wiffle ball, volleyball, etc etc. (you will need to bring your own outdoor games)

We stayed here to get ready for our wedding. There was ample space to for us to get ready in the morning. And a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after all the festivities. I wish we had more time to explore the property

We were able to make accommodations with the host to take wedding pictures at their VRBO, and had to add other family members later. She was amazing to work with. They hone was beautiful for wedding pictures both inside and outside.

We stayed here with a group of eight for the Bedford Fall Foliage Festival, and the location was ideal—only about 15 minutes from downtown Bedford. The home’s open layout made it easy for everyone to gather in the common area, relax, and enjoy games together.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and detailed, making our arrival smooth and stress-free.The pickleball court was a great bonus—we really enjoyed getting in a few games during our stay!One consideration for those traveling with older guests: while the king suite on the main level is conveniently located near the main bathroom, the three additional bedrooms are upstairs and accessible via a fairly large staircase. There is no dedicated bathroom on the upper level, so guests staying upstairs will need to use the main-floor bathroom. We adjusted our sleeping arrangements to accommodate this, and it worked out fine—but it’s something to be aware of if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs, especially at night.Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The home is spacious, family-friendly, and well-suited for group gatherings. We would absolutely stay here again if we return for the festival!
