Beautiful home in a lovely setting not far from the beach and local sites. Thanks to Ken for the early check in and to Tema, the property manager, who made sure everything was set to show us around on arrival. The highlight is gathering with family around the table in a room filled with sunlight bringing the outdoors in.

This was such a beautiful property! Our family gathered for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and every small detail was attended to. The grounds were amazing - we even saw a fox one morning! Tema was so helpful and the communication was top notch! We loved the side room with all the windows and a giant table to eat and play games. It was exactly what we needed!

We were in Killington for our daughter’s wedding weekend. A very busy time so it was so calming and relaxing staying at Chatford Hollow. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The owner and property manager were very attentive and generous. I can say without a double that this was the very BEST experience I have ever had with a short-term rental … EVER! Five stars all around!

This place is a diamond in the rough...truly a phenomenal place! Driving onto the property itself is like passing through a paradasical garden! Gorgeous grounds and gardens, including a koi pond. The house was as beautiful as the pictures, and was perfect for our family. The accommodations were impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. The large dining area in a glass-enclosed four-season room was a highlight! And the door right off of it took us out to a lovely paved area where we played games and enjoyed the lovely pathways and bridges to other areas allowing us to explore the lovely area. As nice as the home was, and the location, the service was above and beyond. The owner came and introduced himself, and made sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. He even invited our grandchildren to come feed the koi fish with him! We had a delightful stay in a lovely little slice of heaven!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Chatfield Hollow. The house was beautifully appointed, and the winter snow made everything magical. The one thing that made the stay truly wonderful was the extraordinary kindness of the host. Our host lives on this beautiful property. He insisted we contact him for the smallest thing and he was able to anticipate our every need. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! This is a special cabin set in a serene setting. Cool vibe, very clean, with plenty of bedrooms and gorgeous bathrooms. We especially loved gathering in the dining room with the vaulted ceiling and windows all around to view the woods and pond!

Beautiful property, was so relaxing for our family. The beds were super comfortable, not too hard or soft. Space for everyone to relax, take a walk, or use the workout room. They show so many pictures of the rooms, but the grounds were spectacular. There is a property manager nearby for any questions. Would highly recommend this place!

Our stay at this stunning property was extraordinary. The communication was excellent; we received detailed emails in advance explaining the amenities and check-in/out procedures. We were assured that any questions we had would be answered quickly. We arrived to an exceptionally clean house, decorated with lovely furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedding was comfortable and the towels were cozy and luxurious. Everything was clean and tranquil. Tema was at our disposal from the moment we arrived and took care of all our needs—nothing was missing. His warm welcome made our stay feel even more pleasant and comfortable.

Beautiful Property

Rented this home for a Thursday to Sunday with a group of friends in town for a wedding. The property and home were absolutely beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space for 9 people. A gym on the property, and beautiful sights walking just around the house. The owner even showed up with bagels for us for breakfast on Saturday morning. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area

An unexpected oasis in the middle of CT

Incredible week long stay at a beautiful property. Well furnished house with plenty of space for family (indoor and outdoor). Amazing outdoor space, pictures understate the beauty of the gardens, patio and lake. The manager and owner were very responsive and helpful with any and all needs.

Beautiful get away

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from college and it was perfect. There were seven of us and we were all very comfortable there. The surroundings are stunning - we wish we'd had more time there to enjoy them. Ken, the host, is very responsive and accommodating. We would stay there again if we are ever back in that area!
