This incredible townhome almost has too many features to describe - you are steps down to the sand, and a few feet away from the outdoor pool. It has a very spacious floor plan with sleeping accommodations on 3 different levels, including a loft on the top floor perfect for the kids - a sleeping area, sitting area, and their own small 'frig. This home has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 TV's, 2 VCR's, DVD, Wi-Fi service available not guaranteed, phone, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The unit is non smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 14. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. ** Available for a group rental 05/30 - 6/6, and 6/6 - 6/13th with a $1000.00 refundable security deposit. Family rentals after 6/13th only, with a $400.00 refundable security deposit. **

    Communication issues and not so clean

    The location was amazing but they need more maintenance and better cleaning. The manager should publish after hour arrival info to tenants not just have it in a box. Enjoyed OC and being right on the beach but would avoid this specific property and manager if possible

    Great location and views!!

    This townhouse is in a great location, right on the beach and within walking distance of Seacrets and Dumsers, among other places. The house has plenty of space for a family and the decks and patio are great, with amazing views of the ocean. The upstairs bathroom is a little small and some things in the house could be updated, but we had a great time!
