Relax in this spacious serene luxurious 6 Bedroom Chateau. A 3500 sq. ft. mansion set in the quiet hills of Wingfield Springs. Custom with Luxury Bedrooms + 4 full baths overlooking the whole valley and golf course. Nicely appointed home & kitchen, superb location with a hot tub, privacy and 24-hour security patrol. In the Red Hawk Golf neighborhood with a great restaurant.
The Legends Casino and Golden Eagle Park are close. Grocery and dining choices are 1 mi. away! Fast internet, work here!
The space
Stunning Wingfield springs home with panoramic views on all 3 levels. Executive home with an elegant two story entrance. The high ceilings and hardwood floors in the formal living and dining room are warm and inviting. A large gourmet kitchen with gas cooktop and family room with a gas fireplace open to a large rear sun deck with the BBQ and views across the valley. Spacious upstairs master suite with a sofa retreat room. The upstairs also has 2 queen bedrooms that share a full Jack and Jill bathroom. The main level has one private bedroom and separate full bath. The ground level has a full bath, two large king bedrooms and a family room with a wet bar. It is almost a separate unit downstairs!
The sheltered backyard hot tub and landscaped dining and entertainment area are just a few steps away from the ground level bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for a chef with a Double oven, Microwave, Insta-Pot, Rice Cooker, Crockpot, Keurig and Cuisinart items. I have many repeat guests and I want to make your stay memorable!

A Fantastic serene upscale neighborhood. 3 car secure garage parking and driveway or street parking available for an additional car or RV.
Relax here due to the safety of this Chateau that is high on a hill with an amazing view. The Chateau is well stocked with amenities such as Select Comfort King Beds and Fast WIFI.
My homeowner's association provides a 24- hour security patrol.

My guests will enjoy that this home is the right choice due to comfort and space inside and out with a private Hot Tub under the main stargazing BBQ deck.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place any wet items in the laundry room sink. Please turn off the air conditioners/heaters on all 3 levels. Turn the hot tub temperature to 80
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The person who booked the reservation must be the guest who checks in. No third-party booking No commercial filming or photography please.
I have premium hardwood flooring, so I ask that guests wear no shoes inside. There's a basket by the door or a large laundry area to store them.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 to 7 respecting my neighbors and my HOA rules. The 50 ft deck w/ BBQ and Hot Tub can broadcast sound at night.

Great accommodations

The house was spacious and comfortable. There were 3-4 adults staying. The owner, Danielle, was great-always quick and responsive. We stayed for 6 weeks for work and will stay here again if and when our work brings us back to the area.

Why they chose this property

This is a safe, secure, serene neighborhood of elegant well-kept large homes on spacious lots. This is a Red Hawk Golf course neighborhood with the course and clubhouse restaurant about a mile away. It is close to Golden Eagle sports complex and newer shopping centers with an upscale grocery stores and restaurants. The Chateau is high on a hill allows for Big Sky views and peaceful living.

What makes this property unique

The elevated 50 ft main deck has awesome views that are amazing. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood where 98 percent of the homes are owner occupied. it has never been a long-term rental and it is well stocked and furnished for entertaining and relaxing.
The homeowner's association provides a 24-hour security patrol and has quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
This creates a great environment of quiet ambience.
