Communication and response from host was great. I was very disappointed in the unit itself. It was not clean and very run down. I chose this one because it had good ratings. I’m not sure how that came about. I only gave it a 3 because of how quickly they responded to some concerns. I would not recommend staying in this unit. The resort is nice.

This was a great property!! The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked. A few minor repairs are needed but nothing that affected my Family from having an Awesome Vacation. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Our View had great surprise when my whole family was able to watch the Pier Fireworks for the balcony and views of the Ocean were very peaceful and breathtaking!I would recommend for anyone with a large group or family, we had plenty of room to spread out.

Perfect

Five stars. Only thing that would make it better is if there were more than one beach chair for guests in the condo to carry down to beach so you didn't have to rent ones on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The facility was crowded. Elevator waits were long. The pool complex was very nice. The proximity of boardwalk, beach great. Beach was clean. Activities were a plus; pool tables too. Plenty to keep kids engaged and happy. The unit was well arranged and our 8 were comfortable. Except: beds in the guest bedrooms ranged from not great to awful. The master bed was fine. We found only 5 coffee cups. Could use map of complex/amenities list, etc. Living area had comfortable furniture. Could use additional silverware and cups. Upgrade on beds. Chairs to rent on beach; none in unit. dollar General has chairs for 10. Our contacts were responsive. Family had fun.
