Beautiful house. Nice view. Great service. I’d highly recommend staying here.One thing to note is checking in at their office first is a pain. It would be much better if someone met at the house upon arrival or checking in can be done via email.

Due for renovation.

This is one of the best properties in all of Los Suenos with the best views of all 3 bays. Unfortunately you won’t be able to view from inside the house because of condensation build up between the double pane glass on every window in the house. The kitchen faucet has been hanging on by a thread for the past two years. Needs to be tightened to the countertop. First floor tile has cracks running the length of house indicating signs of foundation concerns. Outdoor pool furniture is very dated and wheels will fall off loungers if you try moving them. Other than these issues, the house is amazing.
