It is at rear of property, separate from main home ... quiet, cozy, and fully self-contained with energy-efficient systems and thoughtful amenities. It accommodates up to 3 guests with an artisan loft bed (twin on top, full/double on bottom), heating, air/windows, HDTV, furnishings, kitchenette, and work/dining area for 3. Lush, mature landscaping honored and upheld, with large old trees and shrubs across a broad greenspace. Enjoy!!
