I was in town with my daughter for a volleyball tournament. The place is very clean and parking was a huge plus. The area of town didn't seem like the best - but it was secure and we felt safe there.
My daughter and i stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay .The place was lovely and clean and the property manger was friendly and quick to respond to any questions !
This is a lovely place with wonderful amenities. The location provides easy access to restaurants, shops, and the ocean which are all within walking distance. The host provided great communication as well.
Wonderful to see a bottle of wine waiting upon entry, such a nice touch! Location was perfect for the convention center. Private parking and very clean. No one’s fault, just much louder at night on the busy street than I initially thought but I would stay here again for the location cleanliness and excellent response time from management.
We had a very nice stay here. Everything was very clean. The fold out couch was great for our girls to share and bed was very comfortable. The security of the gated areas for our car gave me a lot of comfort as well. I would definitely come back.
We had an amazing stay in Long Beach—and it was made even better by this beautiful property. The condo is nestled in a charming, well-preserved building constructed in 1922, that has been tastefully renovated while retaining its original character, including the stunning original detail around the windows. Everything, from top to bottom, reflects thoughtful care and style. It’s located in the Arts District, which is full of color, culture, and character. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Long Beach or the surrounding area—you won’t be disappointed!
Jenn Cho was a great host.I stayed four nights while visiting my daughter in Long Beach. The 2 adorable lab doggies were such a sweet surprise when I opened my door in the morning. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and having brunch in the morning when my daughter came over to visit. It was easy to take an Uber from their place to the Aquarium and for a ferry boat ride.
Our experience was EXEMPLARY from the START of booking to the END of our stay!!!!! The location was SUPERB!!!!! The host was absolutely communicative about everything and made sure that we had everything we needed. Accessible to many many points of interest, trendy restaurants, and grocery stores. It really felt like home!! We felt secure and welcomed as soon as we entered the foyer leading to the charming quaint apartment that just grew more charming with each day that we stayed. We will definitely book again!
Jenn’s place was absolutely beautiful in person, everything was super clean, the check in process was super easy, parking was gated & safe, It was a very quiet neighborhood as well & still very close to pretty much everything we wanted to do in Long Beach such as picnic at the lighthouse park, visit the aquarium & spent the day at the beach, would definitely book this place again!!
Overall wonderful experience. No issues with condo. Noteworthy, houseless throughout area with sometimes disrupts in middle of night (i.e. yelling at 6am). Price point, cleanliness, and proximity to convention center - would recommend to others. Jenn was great.
We had a very nice stay at Jenn’s bungalow. It was very clean and central, also walkable to many restaurants. We were also able to charge our hybrid car for free in the private parking lot which was a huge bonus. Jenn was also very accommodating and was a very attentive host. We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend. :))
Wonderful place to stay with stylish furnishings, extremely comfortable mattress and king sized pillows, and soft robes.
Convenient location, secured, off-street parking and cute front and back balconies!
Jenni’s a great host and on our second stay we were greeted with a lovely welcome bottle of wine and were graciously allowed flexibility for check in and check out times. Absolutely recommend!
This VRBO unit was lovely to stay in, very clean and modern. Upper level, Quiet and close walking distance to lots of restaurants. The area was safe and the parking was super safe and gated. The AC was portable but modern and effective. We would definitely stay here again!
My husband and a friend of ours stayed at this cute, updated property. There is parking is gated, but is very tight. There is no central AC, but there was a portable room air conditioner. It took awhile to get everything cooled off, but it was comfortable once it did. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was very cleaned and maintained. The area outside the house wasn’t great, but we knew that going into it. If you have more than one vehicle, parking might be problematic.
Jenn's place was a large 1 bedroom with a comfortable living room and well-stocked kitchen. Lots of natural light and shades for privacy. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a city bike hub closeby too. Not far from the beach and the convention center, it was a perfect homebase exploring the area. Jenn graciously accommodated a mistake we made with our booking. Great stay, great experience.
