About this property

200/night! Perfect beach front condo with gorgeous views! Ground floor access!

Welcome to our home in paradise! Our 1600 sq ft condo is Tranquility Beach Club #2, located about 3 miles south of San Pedro town. We are on the main floor and the pool is 10 steps away from the lanai and the beach is just past that. Our view of the turquoise blue Carribean and location are unbelievable!!

Across the road, you will find a wonderful little restaurant. The owners are friends of ours and their staff will help you with anything you need. Their food is fantastic and they have the coldest drinks around. Just tell them you are staying at 'Miss Tiffany's', they will go above and beyond for you and your vacation.

Our Belizean home is furnished with items we have purchased in Belize; our artwork is all done by local artists. We are sure you will love it as much as we do.

Why the Owner Chose San Pedro: We have visited Belize many times and have made many friends in San Pedro; I refer to them as our Belizean family. In 2010 we found our paradise in Belize and purchased this property.

Great location

We loved staying at Tranquility Beach Club, the other condo owners are all very welcoming and the location of the condo is convenient to town but not too close for the noise and busyness.The owner is very responsive to any inquiries and easy to get in touch with.

Location is perfect, not too close to town. We loved everything about this condo. The dock was a nice pick up location for excursions so we didn’t have to go into town.

Great place, exceeded our expectations

Our unit was beautiful, the decor and surroundings were more than we imagined. The caretaker was super nice, helped with our airport transportation and got us the golf cart which is a must down there. Stay here if you need a quiet getaway which is what we were looking for.

Amazing location, property and the Management Staff make the stay seamless!

I have to say this location is amazing and we will be back, totally felt at home here!! Thank you to Caye Management as they booked everything from us getting picked up at the airport as complimentary to booking our golf cart for the week and even booking a local fishing guide we couldn't have asked for a better stay!! Highly recommend for anyone or family right on the beach with a perfect pool in between. You can also snorkel right off the end of the dock as well! Somewhere South is a great breakfast place right the street !!

We flew in for a destination wedding and Caye Mgmt handled everything for us from the golf cart rental to getting us flights from the mainland. The condo is beautiful, cozy, clean, has everything you need, the pool is 5 steps out the back patio and the beach just a few more feet away. The dock has a designated snorkeling/swiming area

There was some confusion initially due to incorrect information on the Location tab of the listing. The place was wonderful. The location was not where we expected, but ended up working out ok. Both the owner and the local property manager were very helpful in quickly working a solution that was ok for everyone.

Gem of a condo in the south

There was 4 of us staying in the condo. Very clean and decorated with local art work. Loved the location. It’s located south of town. Only 15 minutes to downtown San Pedro by golf cart and about an hour to Secret Beach. There are only 6 units in the condo complex and I loved how the pool wasn’t crammed full of people. There are several restaurants you can walk to or a 5 minute golf ride to. One small grocery store close by you can walk to. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had. They also have a shuttle ready to pick you up from the airport and to take you back on return. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the beds were a little hard for us. The condo is pretty dark inside because it doesn’t get much light but it wasn’t a big deal to us.Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing Place

This condo was beautiful! Perfect location, south of town so it's quiet and quaint. The pool, beach, and the pier out the back steps were amazing and so clean. We saw many fish and rays off the pier which was awesome. I would highly recommend this place. The property manager Roger was so helpful and informative! The only thing I would say is maybe put some hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes on.

The property was well kept. It is a little dark even with the shades open. This location is about 15 minutes from town. There are restaurants and a market close by. We were hoping for a better beach experience but there was a retaining wall and to access the water it was at the end of the dock. A lot of sea grass.

Very well appointed

I've stayed at many condos and, by far, this is the best appointed one yet! It has every kitchen gadget and appliance you would ever want. The condo is very clean and well layed out. The property manager, Caye Mgt. is extremely responsive and things are taken care of very promptly. I had a couple of issues, not at all related to negligence, just typical things that need maintenance due to the tropical climate. They were immediately handled.

Mary at Caye Management was outstanding! She always answered her phone to answer questions and support our stay. The condo is beautiful and well appointed. Walking out the door facing the beach at sunrise was just breathtaking. Tool pictures and many said it looked like a painting! I would definitely stay there again and I've already recommended it to some friends.

Dark dingy condo with almost no natural light, photos of the property are very misleading showing bright attractive interior. Pool badly needs maintenance, tiles falling off and cracked, fridge not as shown or advertised, no ice maker. Cooking pans disgusting and wouldn’t use them. No hot water for two days

A Perfect Little Piece of Paradise

We fell in love with Belize and this "feels like home" condo. Tiffany has thought of every amenity you could need & has it there. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances I don't even have at home! Bar stools line the kitchen counter for quick meals or there's a dining room table and chairs for a more sit down meal. With an open floor plan, the dining room flows into the living room that has a comfortable couch and chairs and big screen TV. It took a minute to figure it out, but there's cable TV with a variety of English and Spanish speaking channels. Then the French style doors open to the portico. Most days we turned off the air conditioning and opened the doors that also have screen doors to keep any unwanted visitors out. The master bedroom is huge! Super comfy bed. Best part are the doors that open up onto the portico. Island life at it's best! The master bath is almost as big as the bedroom, with a a huge whirlpool tub, and glass block stand up shower. Storage is not an issue here. Plenty of towels too. The "guest" bedroom was smaller than the master bedroom but by no means were small. Very comfortable. Just a few steps off the portico was the beautiful pool with many beach chairs and just beyond that was a great beach and the crystal blue ocean. Tiffany was so accommodating when a tropical storm came through and we had to extend our stay at the last minute. Thank you for making our vacation so great!

Beautiful condo! Great area! Loved our stay!

The condo itself has little flaws, one of which was the shower head in the second bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs to cook full meals. There are plenty of towels for use indoors and I saw a couple beach towels in the bathroom. The second bedroom has no television. The master bath had the best shower head that sprayed like a firehouse and the water was hot! The beds were comfortable. The area is quiet and safe. The sunrise is spectacular from the outdoor seating, the end of the dock or a nice walk along the water. Depending on where you go on a tour you can be picked up right at the dock easily! It takes around an hour to drive your bumpy little rented golf cart to secret beach and if you want to relax there I highly recommend sunset palace. It was very mellow with few people and super staff. And the water is calm and shallow. It takes around 20 minute ride to get into the thick of San Pedro. And the best 2 minute walk is around the corner to Black Orchid restaurant! And the grounds keeper Roger is awesome! He helped us book our tours, suggested great places to eat, and was just an overall joy to talk with. He should be hired by the owner of the condo to manage it. We did have a few reasons for not giving full 5 stars. The communication from the management company was less than stellar on numerous occasions. I sent flight info and received another email asking for flight info. I emailed to confirm that someone was picking us up at the airport and the tone of the response felt like I was bothering someone. The taxi driver that picked us up at the airport and dropped us off assisted with the luggage, handed us the keys and left. There are no written instructions for the condo that we could locate. No instructions for where to put trash out, recycling habits of the Caye adjusting the thermostat when we were cold, etc…They did not send the taxi driver with the laundry key and he had to deliver it another day. We arrived back at the condo one day and the door was open. There was a woman inside cleaning but we were given no notification that the cleaning would even take place nor when it would happen. That doesn’t make people feel the safest and had we known we could have been prepared. The washing machine works well but whomever uses it regularly doesn’t leave it open to dry out because there was mold and stagnant water in and around the fabric softener opening like it is clogged.

very beautiful place with amazing views of the beach. doesn’t take that long to get downtown and easy to contact management for anything you might need. :) next door is a wonderful restaurant with delicious food, and some fun bars are located nearby as well too! wish that the place was more bright and also a little less humid - maybe a dehumidifier would be useful? it has a slight stuffy feel to it unless you keep the fans on constantly. other than that, loved the place, the views, and the vibe! very thankful to have stayed here and looking forward to visiting belize in the future!

The property was just like the pictures, absolutely beautiful, super clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. The pool and grounds were perfectly maintained by Roger, he was always doing something to the property and always around when you needed him, he was very helpful and exceptionally nice. we hope to return again.

Belize getaway

This place was pretty perfect for us. the kitchen was well stocked, the location was nice and quiet but still near a couple of great restaurants and a store that were all within walking distance. Bonus was the pier where we could get picked up by boat for snorkeling and scuba adventures, this saved hours of time travleling into town via bumpy golf cart.
