Nestled away in South West Delhi is 8 Mandi Hills, a place which promises to teleport you to an extremely serene and private get away experience without having to leave the city. Developed with tremendous love and care for over 30 years, each nook and corner of the property promises a new discovery, a new adventure. Get away from the hustle & bustle of the city life. P.S. All revenues go towards the maintenance of the farm, this is not a business enterprise for us.

The space
1. Property Overview:
Stretching over 4.5 acres, ideal for friends, families, social, and corporate events.
Features 4 well-appointed cottage-style rooms, lush landscaped lawns, a swimming pool, amphitheatre, machaan, kitchen, dining area, and bonfire pits.
Provides a unique getaway experience without the need to drive hours away from Delhi NCR.

2. Accommodation:
Offers 4 cottage-style rooms (Champa, Chameli, Kamal) and 1 large family cottage-style room (Gulmohar) with one bed and sofa cum beds.
Additional beds can be placed in the rooms to accommodate more people.
The farm can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.
Separate space can be arranged for maids or drivers upon request.

3. Pricing:
Includes a stay for 6 people (any 3 cottages of your choice, with the fourth one locked up).
Additional guests staying will be charged at 2000 per head, and additional visitors at 1000 per head.

4. Outdoor Spaces:
Lawns: 3 separate lawns available at the farm.
Amphitheater and Swimming Pool: Features both amenities on the property.
Glasshouse (for bookings separately)

5. Food:
Professional cook and caretakers available.
A wholesome and nominally priced a la carte menu is available for all meals.
Freshly prepared on-site, with organic veggies from the farm.

6. Entertainment:
Games: Cricket, badminton, football, board games, etc., provided for guest entertainment.
Sound System: Rentable for the day or guests can bring their own.
Movie and Match Nights: Projector with a big screen and sound setup available for rent.

7. The Glasshouse (available on additional charges)

Introducing a new addition to the 8 Mandi Hills, our Glasshouse! Our Glasshouse is one of a kind, even while being in nature you get to experience soundproof solitude. Imagine being in the outdoors yet not having to worry about sound issues, well now you can vibe with your friends and fam at ease and stress free!

The Glasshouse can accommodate up to 100 people and is ideal for your late-night shenanigans! The structure is air conditioned making it an ideal indoor space throughout the year.


So whether it is a social or a corporate event, our Glasshouse is ideal for all late-night parties and events.

The Glasshouse is NOT INCLUDED in the property tariffs and remains LOCKED unless booked additionally. To understand the charges and rules of use, please message us.

Basic rules of use:

- You can book the glasshouse by the hour or for a 5 hour window, chargeable additionally

- Furniture in the glasshouse isn’t available for parties - your decorators will need to bring in their own furniture

- Speaker inside the structure is included in the charges - you are not permitted to bring in your own

- No food layouts are permissible inside the structure unless specific approval is taken from management

- No smoking, vaping or hookahs allowed inside

Caretakers retire at 11 pm; overtime available at a nominal charge.
