The well-equipped kitchen is sure to grab the attention of any chef with its stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and sizable center island. Enjoy your meal in the beautiful dining area. Full and content, your loved ones can head to the game room for fun-filled rounds of Ping-Pong, cornhole, and air hockey. Or, gather in the living room and have a movie night. Relax and unwind in the home's private spa, which includes a hot tub and sauna. You can spend quiet moments alone in any of the bedrooms with the provided high-quality linens, tasteful decorations, and partial air-conditioning.

Venturing beyond the property, explore Upstate New York with ease! Numerous wineries, cideries, parks, and ski resorts can be reached within quick driving distance. Lake days are inevitable as Candice, Hemlock, Conesus, Honeoye, Canandaigua, and Seneca Lake are practically at your back door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
