UPITER BAY VILLAS Prime location . Walk to beach carlin park many bars and restaurants. 2nd floor One bedroom with plush king mattress. Portable pillow top twin size mattress with base in closet . Kayak swim snorkel all walkable .5miles away to the blue waters of Jupiter Beach. 5 min walk to delicious Twisted Tuna onsite restaurant. No car? check out Zekes golf cart service. Staying in? Relax on furnished patio at night with the cool breeze the swaying palm trees and a drink in hand.
You will need to provide a ID to me via text or vrbo msg thread within 24 hrs of booking. You will need to fill out a short term vacation lease required by Jupiter Bay HOA within one week of check in which i will email to you one week before check in.
TRUCK BOAT TRAILER parking is NOT allowed.

load dishes into dishwasher and turn on . rinse dishes prior to loading or a fee for hand washing will apply. Dish soap provided.
