This Mariner Court townhouse features renovated kitchen and bathrooms, new hardwood flooring throughout, and central AC. On the second floor find the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed and flat screen TV, along with a second bedroom and full bath in hallway. On the main floor is a third bedroom with a king bed and TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, sun-filled dining area, and comfortable living room with mounted TV. Sliding glass doors off the living room lead to a spacious furnished deck with gas grille, overlooking manicured lawns. Other amenities include washer/dryer, Association tennis and pool(#9), beach privileges for Beach #2.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.
Surrounded by nautical shops and a variety of locally loved restaurants!

Saturday to Saturday only.

This property includes free access to Beach #2, Association Tennis & Outdoor Pool #9.
It does NOT provide access to any other Ocean Edge amenities (pools, fitness rooms, etc)

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.

Family vacation

Would rent again. Easy access to the beach and even though the weather was unusual and only in the high 60s, the heated pool worked well with the kids!
