Perfect rental for my small family, it was squeaky clean, cute, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. House was well stocked with supplies and we enjoyed the neighborhood, as well as the proximity to coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Dwell is a unique and comfortable place to stay. We loved the modern appliances and appearance. The solitude and peaceful atmosphere gave us pause and comfort. Great shower, always one of our prerequisites. Very cool stove. We would definitely stay here again as we come to Portland often.

We so enjoyed our stay at Dwell. Chad has thought of everything! Nice linens and towels. Outstanding kitchen! Comfy bed. Parking was really convenient and off street. Great location convent to shopping, restaurants, and downtown and the airport. 10 for this lodging!

Cute new ADU on a quiet street that is walking distance to Woodstock, which is the cutest community in Portland. Space would be perfect for 1 or 2 travellers, worked okay with 4. Host was responsive.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Some rentals don’t look like their listings, but this place was spot on and well taken care of. It was really close to some great food and drink options in the Woodstock neighborhood. It was also a great location to set off and explore the Portland area. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen is amazing, there are no shortage of awesome places to eat nearby, but consider cooking. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've had outside my own home. Everything was clean and comfortable and private. Ample parking, a great guest manual and a cute outdoor space. Welcoming neighbourhood with lots of people strolling in the evening. Great access to amenities and a pleasant place to stay. Will book again! Only regret is I didn't stay longer.

DWELL was a comfortable and well equipped place. The unit is set back from the quiet street, and has a great patio.Chad was easy to communicate with.I really appreciate the simple, common-sense house rules and check in/out instructions. Great that the unit is self-sufficient and it was interesting to read about that aspect of it.Nice location near Woodstock, Reed, Sellwood and various parks.
